    TaB

So I bought a 12 pack of TaB several months ago because I've always been curious what it tasted like but they don't sell just 20 oz bottles or even 2 liters of the stuff. Tried one can. It tastes fine at first but then there's this...aftertaste...it's not pleasant. 11 cans have been sitting in the hall since then. Fast forward to tonight. I'm eating pizza and there's no more soda. Milk/OJ/Eggnog do not go with pizza for me. So I've broken down and openedup a (cold) can of TaB. Joy. This time the aftertaste isn't as bad to me though. Does anyone actually enjoy drinking it on a regular basis?
  2. Is the pizza any good?
  3. The RX has a few problems. One of them is lighting. If the light isn't hitting the side of it righ the lower character line (which I like) becomes invisible and makes the RX look very thick and ungainly. I didn't even notice it at the auto show. The red one is the first one to show it off. The other issues with it are by design. The front end is not good at all. Like the Camry and to a lesser extent the ES, the headlights slope sharply downwards to a point near the grill. Combine that with the sloping grill and it makes the front end look droopy. Then you've got the plastic fascia pulling away from the headlights to make them look recessed but make it look bulgy. The lower fascia looks like it has a tumor with the bulging roundness. This bugling also goes on, as with all new Toyotas as of late, with the lights, and I hate that. It looks horribly cheap and destroys the lines of whatever vehicle they are on. The rest of it, in red at least, looks ok. However those design elements make it look cheap, and not luxurious or sophisticated.
  4. You're being overly negative. The exterior is great and very refined, and nothing about the interior looks of feels unfinished. And if it does, I wonder how "unfinished" the competitor's interiors are in your view.
  5. So why is the next Cobalt going to be called Cruze?
  6. The concept had a better lower front fascia and more interesting headlights. However, I really like the profile of the LaCrosse. It addressed my major gripe with the concept's stubby and abrupt rear deck/roofline. The production car is much more elegant and less stubby. I would have preferred the shorter front overhang of the concept though. Still the production's isn't bad at all. The interior looks identical design and build wise. Overall:
  7. Only thing I don't like is the the generic lower front fascia VS the concept's. Minor complaint though. It has a nicer profile than the concept.
  8. I still dislike the name but wow, that's really good and upscale looking, even with GM's lousy photography.
  9. Thank you! Now if only it had a name
  10. Pontiac is dead I think. Long live the G8 and Solstice.
  11. Hmm, well Nissan Unveiled the GTR SpecV.
  12. I love AutoZone. Everywhere else wanted $70 - $75 for the ignition. Cost me $35. Had the mechanic install it in exchange for fixing his laptop. It pays to know about computers.
  13. That's what I thought too. Ugh. It's just so hard coming up with a name. have his problem titling photos and artwork too. Anyway, here's the WIP site. Maybe seeing it will help anyone who wants to think of a name suggestion?
  14. So I've got a bit of a problem. I'm a graphic designer who specializes in web design but I have no website. I've put it off for a while now, mainly because I couldn't come up with a design I liked (I'm on #3 now) and I can't think of a name. Originally it was going to be 1up Design...taken Then Forward Slash / Design...name's taken Hell, even my initials: CAC Design were taken. I have such a hard time coming up with names for things. The only 2 I've found so far not taken are: L33t Design eL33t Design What do you guys think? Any suggestions?
  15. brake lines broke no need because what do you need those for besides pitting in NASCAR?
  16. That sucks.
  17. Well when we were originally scheduled to move I did plenty of sorting. Since it was supposed to be a fresh start I figured taken what I needed/wanted and leave the rest behind. STill here though, 6 months later...
  18. If you don't look at the front and if you get one in red apparently. The white or silver one in the background looks cheap and more bloated, as did the white one at the Autoshow I took pictures of. However it does not look more upscale than the SRX. If photos like this can make this thing look decent I'd like to see the same type of photography on the SRX.
  19. OH yeah? Well it should be interesting then. Despite being FWD I have warmed up to it after seeing Autoblog's live photos.
  20. Touche BUt that's what the Aveo is for anyway.
