  1. As long as they are better than those stupid Traverse ads with raining shoes.
  2. My problem with the Lucerne has always been with everything forward of the A Pillar. It's only gotten worse with the Super. This includes that huge overhang. This is a far superior car.
  3. Can't remember if I've had Stewarts before, but A&W is really good, the best of the mainstream root beers. It has a very smooth taste to it.
  4. Now that is very interesting.
  5. You're welcome balthazar. I see what you're saying about the chin spoiler, that may be it. I didn't notice the buck tooth thing until you mentioned it. However I still like it, perhaps the foglight housing of the production car could have been shaped more like the concepts, but again minor quibbles that are just my preference. Just curious, what do you think about the roofline/deck? I much perfer the production car's more graceful and longer version. I think the car as a whole looks less "thick" than the concept. better sheetmetal to glass ratio.
  6. The more I think about it, the more I like the name. Especially since I can play with the meaning of it to help promote the site. As well, the name somewhat relates to one of web design's prominent tools, Adobe Flash.
  7. Small businesses probably. That's who my clients have been so far.
  8. Please explain how it looks like a Lexus: Again, only the back looks a bit like a Lexus, but at the same time it's done far better.
  9. I've had IBC. It's pretty good. I really like Gott (or is it Gotts) sodas, but I haven't seen it in a few years, and I don't even see anything about it on the interwebs. Sioux City makes good root beer/Sarsaparilla, and birch beer. However I've only seen it once and that was at a gas station in KS.
  10. I brained today. FlashPoint Graphics hmm?
  11. Please site examples of what the front and side of the car derive from.
  12. I said I wanted to try it. ICB or IBC?
  13. There are plenty of details on the LaCrosse that are very interesting. I can't believe I have to list them off but I guess it must be done. Actually, you know what, I'll let the designers do that talking:
  14. I'm not too keen on it sharing it's platform with the Equinox either, but point out to me exactly what it seems to share, especially in the interior?
  15. And what would you call the car it replaces? A decade behind also-ran? The only element that I would think is a bit generic would be the back, as others have said. However even that it is far better executed than most cars, with lines the flow into each other and meet up, as opposed to say, BMWs where the lines are all over the place. You want to talk generic? The 7 Series has tail lights look Korean (and like the Cruze) the new E-Class's butt looks sort like the last gen Accord. And neither of them are done very well.
  16. Well it competes with the ES, TL, and MKS. So ask yourself it it stands out among them.
  17. I think it's a good time to be a Ford fan right now, their ship seems closest to righting itself, and the company seems focused as a whole in becoming better, with a leader who doesn't second guess.
  18. I liek how t doesn't have ungodly overhangs like the old car. Hell I like it better than the old car in every possible way. I would never have even wanted to rent the old LaCrosse, but this....this I could see myself owning. But to each his own.
  19. $700 /month?
  20. Hey, look who's not dead.
  21. And they fight amongst themselves trying to kill other divisions and platforms instead of working together to be better than the competition. There are people in GM whose sole purpose is to kill Zeta, on of GM's very best platforms, for example.
  22. I think it's one of those cult drinks like Moxie. It takes a special kind of person to drink it regularly.
  23. Except Toyota Nation.
  24. Never tried RC either. Maybe for $h!s and grins I will.
