For once smk is correct. If it looks liek anyone's ass it's the 5 Series. But it's done much better. The Acura looks like a pointy Civic's butt.

Those sort of exhausts are nothing new, the LS is just one of the more recent examples. As for the 5 Series, I actually see the resemblance there, so I agree to a point. However it's not copied, it's done better.

Detroit Preview: 2010 Chevy Spark
Intrepidation replied to Intrepidation's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Contrary to popular belief on this site, FWD doesn't equal boring or bad. After all, I love my large FWD beast.

Sorry Camino, let's see what I can think of for you... I've been giving you serious ideas so far, so how about something a little different.

Just hope they don't cancel the Camaro too.

Intrepidation replied to Intrepidation's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I think the spark would have more potential if it wasn't squished on such a tiny body.

I personally prefer the Quad Cab Sport as my Ram of choice. It has my favorite proportions. Although, I love the Ram Box concept, but you have to get the Crew Cab. Proportions are still good, but not as good as the Quad Cab to me. That all being said I know you like 2 doors Camino, and I don't think Ford makes a performance oriented regular cab model.

Ford @ NAIAS: 2010 Taurus
I like how the hood looks relatively long and the front overhang is relatively short for a FWD based car.

Detroit Preview: 2010 Chevy Spark
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/10/detroit...ath-to-the-web/ As the hours wind down before the 2009 Detroit Auto Show finally kicks off in the morning, more vehicles are leaking through the manufacturers' embargo nets. The latest addition to the list is the 2010 Chevy Spark, teased earlier this week on Today by GM design honcho Ed Welburn. Spark is the production version of the Chevy Beat concept that made its debut alongside the Trax and Groove at New York two years ago. Beat was the winner of a public poll to see which of the three microcar concepts would make it to production. We also know that Beat/Spark's going to get some time in the limelight as a character in this summer's Transformers sequel. The itsy-bitsy new "world car" has grown a second set of doors in production trim, but otherwise, its styling remains remarkably true to the Beat show car. Roof rails hint at real-world practicality, and the fact that GM is choosing Detroit to unveil it suggests that maybe, just maybe, we'll see it here after all. We'll know more as the show gets officially underway, but we can say one thing: it's more interesting than the car it's set to replace in other markets. We'll have plenty more when we see it up close.

How about a Dodge Ram R/T? RWD, V8, 2 doors, open bed.

What will my next new vehicle be?
Camino, if you buy a Challenger you have to let me drive it if I visit PA before owning one myself.

capriceman, I've always thought the LS cars were really nice. They have like no storage but that just encourages you to keep it clean and clutter free. I thought the interiors were very nice and the exterior has that timeless look to it.

I think Ford should sue.
