*grins* TOURNAMENT CHAMPS! After finishing the season 10-5, securing 2nd place, my bro-in-law's team won 2 games in the playoffs Tuesday night (8/28/07) to grab the tournament championship trophy! They won the first game over the 3rd place team, 4-3, with 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th inning. Then, in the tournament's third game, against the 1st place team (which nearly slaughtered the 4th place team in the second game of the evening), they scored 1 run in the top of the 8th (an extra inning) to win 11-10. It was a see-saw type of battle, too, and they beat the team that had beaten them 3 times during the regular season, with scores of 9-6, 9-8 and 9-8. Unfortunately, Dad's team didn't fare as well, ending the season at 2-12....
