I hit a curb with my dad's Grand Prix and we couldn't figure out what the noise was afterward. We thought it was the new wheels or the wheel weights on the inside of the wheels (my dad didn't like the stockers.. so he replaced them once I ruined the one wheel). So, today my mom finally took the car into the dealership and it's a hub bearing. The sound seems to be the same that you're hearing.. Not REAL bad at low speeds, although noticeable, and much worse at highway speeds.

My parents made a simple, delicious meal the other day... Ingredients: Chicken breasts Bacon Lettuce Tomato Thousand Island Dressing Sub buns Grille the chicken to preferred wellness. Slice the chicken and put on the bun. On top of the chicken, layer the lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Throw a little Thousand Island on top, add the other side of the bun, and enjoy!

Okay, guys. Start making a list of what you think the one or two top vehicles per brand will be (or are) that will bring each brand back into the spotlight for GM, as a whole, to prosper like it once did. I'll start: Buick: A Zeta sedan.. Right now, nothing's happening at Buick except talk. The Enclave might draw its own crowd, too, but it might not get enough talk. Cadillac: A&S v1 did it essentially, but the '08 CTS will really get them going Chevrolet: Camaro and Impala. Two pre-existing vehicles on a brand new platform with much better quality, design, and technology. Chevy Trucks/GMC: The Avalanche and rest of the 900 fleet look amazing; this'll do it. Give them just a bit more time and people will be flocking to the lots.. they already are. Pontiac: Solstice got 'er started as a cheap, quirky performance vehicle. We'll see what happens with Zeta in our Performance Division. Saturn: Sky and Aura. Two beautiful vehicles priced right. I can't wait to see what else is up their sleeve.

Wait.. GM was hoping for 30,000 to take the offer by 01/01/08 and 47,600 already took it? That's crazy! GM's doing what they need to do to get back in business. My mom and I went to breakfast this morning. Walking in, I pointed at the newspaper stands that held the "47,600 Buyouts" headlines, "Yep, I told you GM knows what they're doing." I swear, it's weekly that I'm bitching that she doesn't understand the industry because she says stuff that isn't true.. just like the others that start buying Toyota, Honda, etc. I'm just keeping her in touch.

Yesterday I went to a small car show thing at Wild Woodies. Well, sure enough there was a really nice, bright red Dodge Shadow! I know what you're thinking.. WTF. No. This thing was RWD on tubs with a blown 572 crammed in there! I should've brought my camera.. but we weren't planning on stopping by this carshow.

I saw a GNX yesterday with the same turbo cover, but it didn't have the arrow.. instead it was "GNX" in the same spot and style.
