Guess that eliminates any exhaust-dragging toyotas from your driveway.

15% humidity is really too low inside a house.

30-HP (rated) Nichols & Shepard (Battle Creek MI) steam tractor moving 3-story building. Googling around & guesstimating the building size, it's very likely a minimum of 250,000 lbs, or 125 tons. Take your 35,000-limit 900 LB-FT modern diesel and go sit in the corner.

What's in the 'Rocket Room'? ~ Oh - and note GM branding engines by torque (Buick did the same late 50s-mid 60s).

2 notes ~ • Was behind a new Escalade, as I got up to it I saw the 'Mary Kay' script… but before that I was admiring the color- not bright at all but very subtle, dusty pink/white. Cadillac should offer an expanded color palette that goes off the 'standards' of today- tinted whites, slightly tinged silvers, very dark metallic blue/brown/reds. They should still have plenty of appeal to those who tend to default to the defaults, but would certainly be unique / special. • circa early '90s Chrysler New Yorker, super clean but hitching a ride on a flatbed. They were not bad looking for the period...

It must all be old stuff then, because other than the GT and a-class, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING is down YtY. Even the cube vans.

It’s likely that those who have the ‘nanny suite’ will increasingly need them; they certainly aren’t there to improve one’s skills.

In reading folk talking about old refrigerators ? I’ve seen claims that those who have plugged old units thru a ‘watt meter’ show they don’t hardly use any more electric than modern units. May have been much better insulated back in the day. Don’t think such a scenario would be present with A/C units, obviously. Keep tabs on fridges; I have a ‘58 GE I’d like to sell.

Wait til FCA makes the Gladiator electric- it'll be $98K. -
[Note typical poor mercedes quality; nameplate badge not flush to body on right side, uneven trunk seam, plus cheap external trunk handle.]

Long sleeves all year????? ? No tips, tho there must be folk talking in an A/C forum somewhere online.

If you think about it as a stop along the road to full AD, which for some unknown reason OEMs believe everyone wants, I can easily see it as 'we know what you want better than you do' and more & more of these features will be hard-wired/ un-defeatable.

If they're an option (such as on the GM trucks), I'm sure it's on a separate circuit. But for those vehicles where it's mandatory, they may be too integrated- who knows. I just have zero interest in my steering wheel, pedals and seat vibrating, buzzing, tweeting, back pressuring constantly. It's like being poked with a sharp stick.

Not all features are disable-able. My first course of investigation would be; can you pull fuse(s) to turn off permanently.
