I don't know. I ain't no techie, but two RPOs would suggest something significantly different. The 3.5L in the Impala is for sure different from the 3.5L in the Malibu.

IIRC, the 3.9L in the Epsilons and the W-bodies are different. One is LZ8 and one is LZ9.

I found more proof that this is a Tosca. I blew up the grille and looked at the tape on the logo. And here's a Grand Vitara for reference. Notice the grille and the shape of the logo. If I'm correct, this is the Verona. The current Magnus-based one is due for replacement anyways.
