  1. I've set up a poll to see some statistics. Please discuss here: http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index...?showtopic=7470
  2. :AH-HA_wink:
  3. It IS a chop, from the GM design systems.
  4. I guess there are universal symbols which everyone uses, e.g. the slope gradient for volume, the circle with the pipe in the middle for power, bass and treble clefs, a clock for a clock, return symbol for enter, etc.
  5. What's wrong with sedans? "Spot Salunes are tha wey to goe these days" (Damn, I have to stop watching Top Gear)
  6. Can we lock this please? http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index...?showtopic=7470
  7. That rear bumper is actually a carryover from the older SEMA GXP: I still prefer this one over Bugs Bunny.
  8. The Opel Corsa has a "clutchless" manual. Maybe they are introducing this??

Doesn't apply to nav radios, but plain jane ones. I always find writing English on the buttons was rather stupid, especially when they want to go global. I much prefer the ones we have up here in Canada, where we replace all English with icons. Also troublesome is that last time I saw a nice six disc changer unit for cheap, but I couldn't get it because all the buttons were different, and if I install it, it would look odd. Why don't they just make one radio with different firmware for metric and imperial units, and bother with the buttons?? Waste of development costs if you ask me.
  10. Yep, last SEMA, the G6 Performance Coupe. Only things changed this time is the GXP badging and the wheels from the GTP. Very disgusting indeed. A show car, and I hope it stays that way. I'll take the 2004 GXP any day over this one/
  11. That color-keyed grille actually looks better than the chrome we're getting.

I doubt it. The Turn by Turn was meant for cheaper vehicles. On a Caddy it'd better be a full blown nav.
  13. One of the CTS images isn't loading, blocked by ImageShack. Needs reupload.
  14. THIS is the grille to use: Lines up well with the Grand Prix GXP.
  15. If that IS the GXP, I'm disappointed. Didn't they listen? A lot of people thought that grille is gross! That Porsche turbo wannabe spoiler needs to go as well.
  16. Wonder why they didn't test a Cobalt value package... But sort of expected for the Yaris. It isn't that much changed from the old one.
  17. Just happened again...

Why do we have two threads about the same thing going on??
  19. Foods (In Waterloo there's a ripoff supermarket called Farah's Foods)

Just if they don't cut corners in the interior again.
  21. OMG... what a disgrace to the long wheelbase Epsilon...

Ditto. Sony Ericsson S710a for me. Got it last year on eBay, unlocked Cingular phone on Fido. Did a firmware upgrade and it's rock solid. Had so many bad experiences with Motorola and I'm dead off from it. Nokia or SE for me.
  23. No, seriously. It may look bland, but the older one just looks like an amalgam of plastic. The new one is a welcome change, at least to me. C&G is about voicing opinions, right?
  24. Element (As is an Element)
  25. I'm wondering about that too. On the side note, the LaCrosse and Grand Prix both got Good on all. So improved styling means sacrificing safety?
