I got my x-ray glasses from common sense. I don't know about you, but besides the intricacies of the headlights and grille, I can kinda basically see 80-90% the general direction. The beltline is easy to see. The rear end is plain as black and white to see. I don't need x-ray glasses, really. Just common sense, bub.

The Olds comparo is crap. Olds had the crutch of being Chevy+1, which Pontiac took. Saab has neither the crutch of being Chevy+1 (Pontiac) or being Caddy-1 (Buick) nor being Opel in America, which they tried for a second (Saturn). GM has taken away Saabs crutch. They have taken Saabs bird, and Saabs bush. They've killed the purpose of the brand. There's no reason to keep. Sell the factories, bite your lip and keep things pushin! They wait to long to make an obvious decision. There's little cost effective things they CAN do anymore. They had the chances.

G5 is going to go RWD? And fight what? Right now I see it going against the Scion Tc and such. I guess it could be the REALLY poor man's BMW 1. It needs to die and Buick should get a small RWD car. They need it. Pontiac Doesn't. Pontiac has to be the poor man's BMW, not this racy image with subprime product. And that includes good RWD cars. G8 is a good 5 series competitor. G6 needs to be as good as a 3er. NG GTO needs to be a good value priced 6er. Solstice is already doing a good job in it's niche. You see where I'm going? They just don't need a value 7er. Leave that for Buick's Park Avenue, if it ever comes.

That 3 grand premium on the Asstra is a mistake!!! Especially if there is no sedan. Note to GM : AMERICA DOESN'T FANCY HATCHES!!! And about the coupe, that market is going to fizzle anyway. I'm just happy Altima and Accord can sell while this fad is hot, while the BSolara is DEAD! And no Wagon Aura? Surely the next gen Signum should make it in America. I think that car's pretty hot.

This is a bit crazy. They'll HAVE to lower the price below the 20 grand base price. Though this would make it more comparable in the eyes of Camry&Co. shoppers, it'll conflict with the 'Bu. And the Malibu is so much better looking, it'd eat the Aura's sales up. Sad. This is why I was opposed to Saturn pushing upmarket in the first place. Now Saturn can be Saturn, Olds, Saab, Chevy, and Buick in price, prestige, and engines. That's retarted. I say keep with the 6s, but oh well.

This brand should be shot, buried and forgotten about. That whole suck the earth dry mentality is soooooo 1986. Either hybridze the range or drop it altogether. But GM has little spine and would hate to lose the money of people who don't care if they suck the earth dry.
