  1. Well... I have a brother you can have. As far as I know he isn't used. :rotflmao:
  2. Definitely Alfa Romeo. I can't really think of any other new cars so I wish they would have sold the S15 Silvia here... :D
  3. Oh... I meant Quad4 as in the GA's engine. :D ...Cause it's SUPER reliable. That's why it's... um... nevermind. Oh... same with the interior... Whoops. :P The ATV is a 2003 Honda Sportrax 300EX! Yay! Completely stock and actually really reliable! Is that a compliment about my sig? I mean... the original with Hitler in it was freaky. But this one? Maybe my Satanic avatar but not my sig with the 240sx's, a sketch of hell, two hands drawing each other, some... wierd dude, and a saying that fits me perfectly. Totally not a compliment...
  4. I dislike trucks unless they're sporty and car-like. :D Make sense?
  5. Nothing? ..They were trees. That's something. :P Besides... Hunting is boring but shooting is fun. If I have to sit in treestand when its freezing for 12 or so hours... I'm going to shoot something. Again, I get bored easily and probably more intensely than most people. I can't stand being bored and I will sometimes literally go crazy. Most of your suggestions just make the boredom obvious and is... boring in itself. Shooting guns are fun. See the difference? :D Anyways... did I mention that I am still sexually confused?
  6. Well... um... uh... wow, what to say.... err... atleast its a coupe or conv? Sure that works... :P
  7. Oh come on... You know you wanna... A green 95 Grand Am GT coupe with a super luxurious interior and a downright reliable Quad4 (with a 5spd!) is completely irresistable. I bet you're getting aroused as you read this. Ooohh... Chrisssss... Don't you wanna? :rotflmao: :AH-HA_wink:
  8. Ugh... I strongly dislike the silver colored grills on the concept. It being too heavy is one of my main arguements in the other thread. I was just saying that it needs to flash back to 92 and learn from the Quad4 HO, except without the Quad4. Basically, make a HO version of the Ecotec 2.4 to offer in the G6. Try to get 190-200hp out of it. Then offer a turbocharged 2.4 above that. Same with the 3.6. As for the transmissions... who said anything about the Solstice transmission? There's a 6spd auto for FWD slowly becoming available and there are some 5spds for FWD... somewhere. That and there are definitely some 5spd and 6 spd manuals somewhere too. Hands down, the 4spd has to go. No, they aren't. :P Fuel mileage on the 3.9 is absolutely horrendous and the 3.5 isn't exactly the best engine ever made. It's rough. The 3.9 is the better the engine but both are no match for the 3.6 as well as an additional turbo 3.6. Smooth, powerful, and now turbo. That's what the G6 needs. :D
  9. Don't everyone post at once... :P Fine... be that way. Atleast look at the 240sx's in my sig.
  10. Still not as good as the original, but not as corny as the edited version.
  11. Damn... my car and ATV are only worth more than that if combined, but even then its just barely. :P
  12. We had real trees up until a few years ago. It just became too much of a hassle to shove a tree through our small door, keep water in it, keep the dogs away from it, and clean up all those needles... Now we use this dinky little fake one. It would be so bad if it werent so damn small... ya know? :P
  13. Such a good review... Wow. If it wasn't for the interior (sorry, even though I generally could care less, I hate the TB's interior) it'd be the SUV for me. Just... awesome. :D
  14. Hmm... Who said that? ...And where does he live? I need to know for... um... personal reasons.
  15. My specialty... First of all, some mechanical enhancements are needed. I don't car how much it will cost but the 3.6L needs to replace the 3.5L and 3.9L. ASAP. I could see a 2.4L Ecotec would be if a higher output version is made. Turbocharged versions of each would be available. The T3.6L for a GXP varient. Transmissions should 5 or 6 speed manuals and autos only. No 4spds. Period. Also, a manual should be standard with every engine, autos optional. Handling needs improved too. A 5th gen GAGT outhandles it. Stiffer suspension, better shock absorbers, and larger sway bars are needed, atleast. Brakes need to be big bigger as well. Second, the exterior. Redesign the headlights with a blacked-out housing and round elements with HID to keep it classy and sporty. The taillights need to be totally redone. I mean the shape is just horrible and is anything but unique. Angle them more from the rear and incorporate them better on the sides. Basically, mix the concept's taillights with the last Grand Am. Inside, make only one large element. The housing would match the headlights and be blacked-out. Reverse lights would be mounted on the bumper (like the Solstice). 3rd brake light would be spoiler-mounted on the spoiler. It would be subtle, raised about an inch, and thin with flat-black posts. Dual exhaust tips for the 2.4 and quads for the 3.6. The bumper would include a revised license plate housing and lowered body color area. On the side, the chrome strip would be blacked-out, the mirrors would be body-colored, and the rub strip would be removed. Other than the GTP's, all wheels would be redesigned and either 17 or 18 inches. Back to the front, the grill would be sharpened and recessed, the lower intake would be larger and sportier, and the foglamps would be outside of it and placed as wide as possible while being larger and NON projector. For the GXP, subtle and integrated ground effects all around with a vent between the exhaust on the back, larger intakes/grill and a ram air hood for the front, and 19 inch wheels. 3rd, the interior. Basically it needs totally redone. Take the dash from the concept and production-ize it. It would include a flowing center stack/console with real metal trim, flush HVAC vents, and pop-up NAV. The steering wheel would be the three-spoke and the gauges would have the same cluster, but high tech display. The radio and climate controls would new and unique (i'm getting sick of the idea of a corporate radio; how about brand specific radios?). The seats would be bolstered better. A little too much, you say? :P
  16. What's on BV's mind, you ask? Well.... Monday, the 28th was the first day of Deer - Rifle season. You want to know what is a bad idea? To put me... the day dreamin, doesn't pay attention, easily bored, always tired, and hyper 16, almost 17, year old kid... in a treestand... all day... in the cold... with a gun... That's not going to end well. Let's just say that boredom and sleepiness came fast. I almost dozed off a few times and I had the hardest time sitting still. At the end of the day I saw 3 does and two fawns. That's it. I walked away freezing my ass off (among other things) and mentally insane from the lack of excitement. Didn't shoot at any deer but I ended up with three less shells... Poor trees... :P I haven't put anything up for sale yet. My ATV and my Grand Am are still sitting in the garage. I will, soon, though. I just haven't had it in me to officially do it yet and me dad's been wanting to just try to fix it instead. The past few days, I've got it into him that I'm selling it, hands down. Also been looking for 240SXs. For any C&Gers in or around Pennsylvania, please keep an eye out for a 92 or 93 SE coupe with a 5spd manual. I will consider others, but those are prefered. So, please tell me if any of you do. Same for the internet; keep an eye out. I can't surf everywhere so I will probably miss something. Brookville's zip is 15825 if anybody wanted to search. Anyways, I'm going to try and quickly sell each and get a 240SX. I'm dying without a car and I deathly need a job. I can't get a job without a car, as you know. I've pretty much decided on final prices to sell each... They're lower than what I orginally wanted, but I can't f**k around any longer so I'll sacrifice some money for time. $2800 for my ATV and $600 for my GA. Also, for C&Gers, I'll knock a hundred off... Come on... you know you wanna... :D I've also been speaking with my guidance conselor about possible colleges. He's going to be looking for some around here. I'm not sure which would be better, though... To stay close to home with a school somewhere in the east/northeast or go all the way out to California as I previously planned. Specifically the Academy of Art college in San Fransisco. Anyways, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd also like knowledge of other colleges dealing with Automotive Design. Also which would give me the highest chance of getting hired (by any manufacturer... doesn't really matter anymore but still prefer GM, specifically Pontiac). Finally... GT4 rocks! Hahaha... I've been playing it alot lately and have fallen back in love with it. I'm an adict, but just for the cars as I hardly do any racing. I have like 40 cars in my garage yet its only 9% completed and I've only made 500,000 or so. :D I love using the photography feature it has, too. I wish I knew exactly how to get pics from my memory card to my computer... I only have an idea how to do it. BV is da bestest member eva! B)
  17. Freedom of choice gets my vote. :D
  18. Well... GM definitely over does it. That and they change them all the freakin time. Pontiac used to be simple, though... just SE and GT for the most part. :P
  19. IDK... something tells me those blocky LX cars wouldn't be able to go that fast... I mean... they're BLOCKY!
  20. Oh... I think getting rid of option packages is definitely a great thing that needs to happen... I just don't think trims should have to be removed with that. I mean... take a look at early 90s Pontiacs. My Grand Am specifically; you had almost endless (well, not really) possibilities. You could have a GT with a Quad4 or an SE with a V6, etc. SEs were able to be more than the higher trim, GT. You don't see that happening today. Mainly because trims for Pontiacs back then were for looks primarily and suspension, etc. See? I hate change. :P
  21. Just build something like that and slap a Chevy badge on it... instant best seller. :D I'm not serious, BTW. I pretty much agree with Z. Although, I feel that trims shouldn't come to an end. I can see the good that could come, but I prefer trims. My opinion is hard to change, though... I dislike change if you couldn't tell by now. :P
  22. Um... no but from the sound of it, I'd probably do something stupid like that. :P Although... I highly doubt cops would come to my house being that its in the middle of nowhere. As I've said before, I see about 1 cop per month go by my house.
  23. I know... but I dislike rear mounted spare tires like that.
  24. Even though these past few months haven't been... spectacular, they are giving me hope about Pontiac. It was the second bestselling brand this month. *ahem* Second. :D The G6 is doing good, even though its behind the Grand Prix so far this year. Something that never happened with the Grand Am, I might add. It's still behind the Grand Am in it's last full year too so far. I guess Grand Am coupe sales probably could be added to the G6's total, though... The rest of Pontiac isn't looking too good for this month. Maybe next month... :P
