  1. Sounds good to me...local dealer says they have never sen a stick, and that it might take months to get one. I'm gonna have to find another place to "try one"
  2. 95 ZR-1...interesting choice.
  3. Agreed....Honda built a Turd and the best they can do is let it die quietly.
  4. Buicks of that Era were fantastic...if I ever get wealthy I am gonna buy one for the Stable of Stang...or Horse....oops/ Seriously love the old GSX's.
  5. I see cars around here, although not as many as I used to. Agree...Dayton seems to have more cool older cars on the roads. This seems to be SUV and Honda country, sadly.
  6. Jeep Cherokee with the inline 6, also old wranglers. Old Ford Trucks with the inline 6 300 CI Old Slant Six Mopars Panther Cars (Crown Vic, Grand Marquis) From FOMOCO. Old Volvo's from the 80;s. WRX/STI seem to run forever... We have more old Cavaliers and Sunfires on the roads here in Ohio than the General originally built... What else runs forever...or seems to? And Actually, since we have a few Corvair buffs on here..old Corvairs had a VERY strong survival rate for the longest time IIRC.
  7. So if you had 25K to spend on a car with only two rules... Less than twenty years old, and two doors, what would you choose? My Choice? Factory 5 Roadster. What would you choose? Grand National? C5 Zo6? New V6 Camaro? Toranado?
  8. http://laughingsquid.com/the-crashed-ferrari-coffee-table/
  9. Or a competitors car...lots of Lexus I would drop from twenty feet...
  10. A new idea in ground breaking...and a sad one... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FY8I0oTpJsY&feature=player_embedded
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKeKgdpHEYQ&feature=player_embedded#!
  12. I'd rather have Arizona heat than Ohio Rust....In Ohio that thing would have rusted into terra firma by now....
  13. Ummm....yeah. Let's just say that being straight is a good thing some times.
  14. Taxi service anyone? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIPSU4sXMTU&feature=player_embedded#! ZR! Camaro or Z06 Vette Anyone?
  15. I didn't know you liked Corvairs also... We really are a site of car geeks...
  16. Hmmm...black knight and monogamy... Given your luck with cars, you probably could screw J Lo and wind up with a baby that looks like Yoda. Maybe you should try a Schwinn and Celibacy.
  17. Best ever month of mindless backsliding?
  18. This will get moved to politics if I say much more, but I have been a non union blue collar worker for about eleventy billion years, and while I do support police and fire Unions I don't have any real love whatsoever for the UAW. One of my many reasons for liking the GTI a little bit better than the Camaro for my next car is that it isn't built by UAW labor.
  19. She is kinda hot...we need a photograph from behind to check things out...
  20. Ridgeline is a great idea poorly executed.... But I guess that beats the Pontiac ST/Ute thing, a great idea not executed at all.
  21. Arsenic laced Lemonade has some real possibilities.... But the Kisashi outsold the Miata in the middle of winter...barely.....
  22. I am thinking the same thing...thinking or trading in my 2002 Mazda Miata, I am 6-11 and fit well, but would like a little larger car....and I am thinking v6 Camaro actually.... HOLY HELL, 6'11"?! how do you fit in that thing? I had to do the gangsta recline to fit in an NC with the hard top up, and that put a strain on my arms. Well, I suppose if you can make it work, there's hope for me and a BRZ after all. I am 5 eleven and impaired at the fingers where I can't type. My sons friend Nick rides in and drives the Miata regularly, and he is 6'8....not kidding.... Go Camaro, it is calling your name. But seriously, with one car paid off and the other almost paid off, I really don't want to pull a loan for twenty grand unless I have too.
