  1. I have a bunch of trucks at work I can pretty much use whenever I want...I'm with Viper, R32 FTW! THAT is a gentlemans cruiser, fast, comfortable, stylish...not just yes but...sign me up for a payment!
  2. Thanks for the lyrics...one of the sad things about C and g is that most of the guys here are not dads...and I've always thought a lot of people (including you, Camino) had some valuable things they could pass on to the next generation...
  3. The motor bay in the 66 Mustang was much simpler than the Intrepid... Good luck getting it done, DF!
  4. Sadly, I can remember the day cars like that sold for 13k, not 130k... This takes the appeal of these cars out of it for me...they are rather pricey...works of art...but pricey... But I love the Buick!
  5. I know where quite a few corvettes are resting...what are you looking for... They are no fun... +1
  6. Um...wow....yeah... Glad that you are now a resident of Delaware, where GM is head Quartered. You and PCS should have so much fun together, although you will miss the Florida sunshine!
  7. I used a similar tool, and ended up pulling both heads off of a SBF motor in a Mustang rather than play with it...it was quicker to re-torque a bunch of head bolts than it was to work with that thing. Not sure about on an Intrepid, though...
  8. Congrats on the new car, 2 quick... In answer to the question....hmmm.... If I could find a decent BMW Clownshoe Coupe or E30 M3, that might be nice... Or a GTI, manual, clean, couple of years old... Or a used Cooper S.... Or a Cobalt SS TC used.... Or a nice clean SVTR Focus and 8k to take a trip to New Zealand or someplace interesting. But probably the Cooper S.... Although the grage queen 93 Cobra in teal sounds like a winner also...as does a GTO.. Chris
  9. http://blog.truecar.com/?p=3312 Interesting to see what cars females really buy...
  10. Good luck Corey, and Darn..sorry to see that happen to you and the 'balt, dude. As bad as it sounds, I would push them to total the car. Some times you can take things through your insurance company and get things started, and then your insurance company will collect from the Jetta owners company....
  11. Love the idea of the BP bumper sticker...wife's crap box blew a clutch or something...can't really tell...loud clunking...may be a motor mount or a Cv joint. So our family, with 5 children, is getting around in a Miata until I figure out how to repair the crap box.
  12. Sorry, Reg....good luck getting the scratches touched up...
  13. I would agree with you, Olds.
  14. Anything to give the Subie STI an edge...
  15. http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/1784042555.html
  16. I pull for the Redwings and the Pittsburg Penguins when I'm not pulling for the (pathetic) Columbus Blue Jackets I love anyone who beats the Oilers or Toronto Nice...
  17. ...and that would be where my money would go. If I didn't need a back seat with the next car, I might look at a C5 ZO6...quite a few of these are in pristine shape and coming up for sale at very reasonable prices...
  18. My seventeen year old son Joel is really into guitar...there is LOTS of cool stuff to enjoy and own. That Dusenberg is sweet, sixty eight...it has the patina of age to it...and really has the "feel" of a real car...
  19. If your going to pass through Columbus...look me up!
  20. I might, let me check my racing schedule.
  21. Like the idea of a Fox project car.... I agree....
  22. The current Lincoln lineup brings to mind a quote by the venerable Flybrian... See...even Camino has the good sense to agree with us!
  23. Sometimes Dormant is good...it gives you a chance to fall back and find new direction... I'm huge into the whole open wheel thing right now, and racing is just in my blood...can't seem to change THAT. And glad you found motorsports retro..with that...I may just forget what my wife and children look like....
