Thanks. Yes, I think this case is beyond cure. What I have learned (after the fact) indicates that the problem stems from them being littermates. I wish I had known about that from the start.

Leaving El Camino quite dead would be preferable. Do it right or don't bother is how I see that one. And Lambda is totally unappealing to me.

Thanks for the offer,KC. This is a case of rampant sibling rivalry, niether dog is aggressive generally. They have only ever growled at each other (not other dogs or humans). That said, I think you are right that one of them needs to be placed. I hate this, but I have to do what's right. I'll be looking for options as I go forward.

Here's my current prediction: -I'll go out and test drive a bunch of stuff - around 2011, I'll give up on new cars and buy something like the following in low-mile ,excellent condition: - Used Last gen M3 - Used Challenger - Used GTO (04-06) - Used Fifth gen Camaro - Used Mustang Yeah, I don't have much faith in new offerings giving me what I want.

I'm a big fan of crate training, but I never intended to use it past that point. As you say though, circumstances make it necessary.
