No. Wrong. Not vaporware. Running and driving Volts are on the streets right now. One you can buy isn't far off at this point, and it trumps the homely Prius in all categories.

I got your meaning. As for production, I'd say flip a coin. I don't think GM has any idea when/if to pull that trigger right now. But I hope they do.
