  1. Your plan sounds great to me! Sometimes it takes a heavy stress to make you realize all the things you can do if you choose too. I wish you the best, and hope that you can make it to an event or two where some of us from C&G gather before you go. I suggest Carlisle. :AH-HA_wink:
  2. Actually I'm about an hour and a half away.
  3. Saw these at the Lansdale show and I want them for project Camino. The wheel center said "intro" on it, I think.
  4. All of the above is why we need to make these greedy pricks and their product obsolete as fast as we can. This time, I think it might just bite them in the ass. Can't wait to see them squirm when the gravy train dries up. And those lunatics in the "oil producing nations" can join their pity-party. As soon as I find a viable alternative fuel that I am sure will work for me, they won't be getting my money anymore.
  5. When I used to go to the vintage races with my former employer, there was one team that brought one along to every race. They would unload it from the trailer and use it around the track like a golf cart.
  6. Not everywhere... :AH-HA_wink:
  7. Not sure which day I'm going yet.
  8. How about PRIMAL for the '68? I'll work on one for the '73, I love that car.
  9. I'd like to go as I like western PA, but it is the same weekend as the Carlisle All GM Nationals (6/22-6/24). I'll be in Carlisle.
  10. Tough call on this one! 2 8 5 One little tweak on any of these could have changed my vote, some great ideas here!
  11. Post some pics and specs, FOG, so we can all get inspired. It's been a while since I saw pics of your cars.
  12. And it is powered by a 409! :AH-HA_wink:
  13. They aren't. I see one once in a while at events.
  14. I'm with you, having lost mine back in October, also to cancer. It is strange to realize how many "firsts" come your way in this context. Remember him well today.
  15. I'm going to have to consider my vote for a bit. :AH-HA_wink:
  16. I second the motion! Thought alot about my dad today.
  17. Congrats on the official Buddy status, and a Happy Father's day to you! Looking forward to the pics.
  18. Friggin Delawarean!
  19. Here is the rest of batch 2, including the amazing '38 Lasalle. It is powered by a Ramjet 502, shifted by a TCI-prepped 4L80E with the power going to the wheels through a Currie enterprises rear. The car is the ULTIMATE sleeper.
  20. Here is the start of batch 2. Should be able to do this batch in 2 posts. What I got pics of only scratched the surface of what was there, I ran out of memory in the camera.
  21. Here is the last of the first batch, including the promised Belvedere: More to follow later.
  22. They shut down the whole main street and parked the cars all along it on both sides as well as a few of the side streets. Here are some more:
  23. Sorry PCS, but the show was tonight. Here are the first batch of pics. I finally found the wheels I want for my Camino project as well as a '57 Belvedere! This will take a few posts to get done, so hold your comments 'til I finish this batch.
