I like the door mirrors attached to the door like that..looks more substantial and looks better than the 'mirror growing out of the A-pillar base' look that so many cars have, IMHO.

I guess one could call it a rebadged Camry in the same sense the LaCrosse is a rebadged Impala. But they are two different models on the same platform..'rebadged' is the wrong label in either example.. Anyway, that black LS460 looks goregous...

Not really spring break (in the college sense) for me, but I am taking some long weekends out of town. Went to Phoenix last weekend to see my sister,went to a concert, and played a little golf. Nice weather. Next weekend, the G/F and I are driving down to Santa Fe and plan to see an old friend from grad school in Los Alamos. The weekend after that, we are going to LA for a 4 day weekend to see friends, go to a concert.. probably too cold to go in the water, but probably walk on the beach some.

Are the $2 still being printed? I haven't seen one in circulation in a looooong time.. I'd like to see them get rid of the $1 and $2 bills and replace them with coins.

Interesting..first I've heard of this. I like how other currencies use color.. esp. how Euros are different sizes and different colors for each denomination.

In general, it seems countries that were colonized by the British or have a historical relationship to the British (Australia, New Zealand, India, etc) drive on the left/sit on the right while other countries (US, Canada, France, Italy,China, etc) drive on the right/sit on the left...that's the distinction I've noticed. Driving on the right/sitting on the right (i.e. a UK car in continental Europe) or vice versa (a continental European car in the UK) would be awkard, I think..as far as the visibility. I have an acquaintance that has an R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R and he's said it took a while to get comfortable driving in the US in a RHD car..

I don't see why the Aura needs a 4cyl..let the 4cyl Malibu and G6 compete with the 4cyl Camry/Accord/Altima...

From that article, it sounds like it's just a LWB version of the VE Commodore...different trim and sheetmetal, same dirty bits.

It's just a concept rendering, so I'm not sure how closely it matches the production model, but it looks pretty generic... the front air dam and rear wing look tacked on and kind of '80s/90s looking. Not that interesting styling-wise..

As far as PDA phones, I find my Treo 650 works well as a phone and as a PDA...and it's smaller than my old Palm VII. Though I miss the form factor of my old Motorola flip phone, it fit in my front pants pocket easily.. I have a coworker that has a Sidekick..interesting design.

This change was probably made to facilitate sharing front fenders with the Aspen..I'm not sure, but they look the same.

Yes, it's pretty absurd to compare a production car against vaporware...the Camaro is strictly a concept now..who knows what the production car will really be like in 3 years? Who knows if GM will still exist as it does now in 3 years? Given GM's problems, the Camaro may simply end up being a decal package on the Cobalt SS..
