  1. Every automanufacturer has it's firsts. What matters is if the inovation is an industry changing development. Much of what you listed about honda is not industry changing. IMA is a great example of this. Much respect to honda for developing it. The insight is no more interesting then GM's electric car in that both were consumer experiments. It may have been the first high MPG car in the US, but was not the first ever. The VW Lupo still has better fuel mileage. HondaJet? So? GM has been making railroad engines for 65 years. SH-AWD is honda's complex answer to a simple question. Subaru and Audi do it better still. The FWD transmission and automatic transmissions are much larger developments then anything in that list.
  2. No every car must be the BMW 5-series
  3. Go call your man, he has it
  4. No one should have been suprised even in Mid-July that NWA was going into bankrupcy. If you'd flown them recently, you'd know.
  5. Getting better. Now either turn the STS on so the dash is lit up or use a flash like you did in the Lex. But I'm still not seeing a huge difference here. and oh! Horror of horrors! The lex has a foot activated parking break!
  6. Compair the same things man. If the Lex has nav, compair it to an STS with Nav. If you're going to show a speaker panel on the STS, show a speaker panel on the Lex.
  7. Why? It's not mean if it's true.
  8. Are you two married or something?
  9. Much of firefox's problems are caused by plugins. As long as you keep it base, it's ok.
  10. Ok. That 'splains Z28. Now what about Z71, Z34, Z24?
  11. Uh, you're compairing one STS that didn't sell with 3 GSes that didn't sell + 1 GS that sold close to retail because it has 3k miles on it. Just because 50k plus is what they are asking for the car doesn't mean that's what they'll get.
  12. because there are people out there that don't know that Saab, Hummer and Saturn are GM products.
  13. It sounds like a Firefox setting or a plug in setting is wacked. I only use firefox and do not experince what you describe.
  14. I wish I hadn't
  15. I'm stayin out of this one.
  16. please don't :-P
  17. Not seeing a problem here. I much rather support a Kansas farmer then a Saudi prince.
  18. <--- lost
  19. She'll only get worse as she moves over the 90 degree water in the Gulf. They keep hitting red states.
  20. Isn't that just an Isuzu?
  21. It is a gap. You can clearly see the edge ring of the dial face and you can clearly see the edge of the gauge tunnel. edit: additionally, there is nothing there to create a shadow as the camera is below the centerline of the gauge. If we were going to see a shadow in this picture, it would be at the bottom of the gauge not the top.
  22. This always confused me. I thought the number part after the Z was the engine liters * 10. This obviously isn't the case on a Z28 Camaro... but the Z34 Lumina was a 3.4 liter. I *thought* the Z71 was a 7.1 liter. The Cavalier had a 2.4 liter for their Z24.... I thought I had the pattern solved till I remember Camaro.
  23. Unfortunatly not. B-Body.org is where I saw it, and they've gone through a site overhaul.
  24. That's great. I'll take that as a base with a Caddy skin.
