    Step Up

I really dont think that "good movie" and "starring (insert MTV product here)" can really go together.
  3. Production is supposed to start in late 2008 with sales starting in early 2009.
  4. There are several of those "Pornography is Bad/Destroys all Lives/Blah Blah" billboards along I-44 through Missouri. One shows a picture of a young girl in a dress looking all depressed. $50 says she turns out to be a porn star.
  5. I do the opposite, I poop on my engine.

    I'm pregnant

Dawn and Alex were discharged today, Alex got to ride home in the back of a dirty yet pretty 2006 Ford Fusion. Very tired, I've got to run to the store now.
  8. In the second pic, with that eyewear, he seriously looks like a retarded Elton John.
  9. Infiniti FX--Only sexy SUV ever produced. Closest would be the GMT-800 GMC Denali line, thos were hott. The new ones are still kinda meh.

    I'm pregnant

He's about a minute old in this pic. This was taken at about 11ish yesterday morning, so he's about 24 hours old. I need to get a good picture of him not sucking in his bottom lip.

    I'm pregnant

I got about 8 hours of sleep last night. It felt good. I maye not get that for a long long time. My eyes dont hurt like they did last night, so the sleep did me some good. Hopefully I'll have more pics later.

    I'm pregnant

Want to hear something messed up? A friend of hers was in the room visiting and we showed her a pic the hospital took that shows he has a pretty good head of hair already and I said, "Yeah, I'm thinking he'll be going business in the front, party in the back with that" and she looked at me in horror thinking I was serious.Apparently its really mean to take Chinese food into the room where a pregnant woman who is still on a clear liquid diet is staying and eat it in front of her. I was hungry and I told her that I'd get hor something good when they allowed her to eat solid food.

    I'm pregnant

My digi sucks, as does my ability to take pictures so this is the best I can do for now. Hopefully I'll have some better pics tomorrow when an email goes out from a friend of ours who came to visit this afternoon. Thats all, I'm hella tired, slept about 3 hours in the last 2 days. I cant even imagine how Dawn feels. She's lucky, she gets morphine.

    I'm pregnant

She gave birth (well, got cut open and had a baby yanked out) at 9:26 this morning. He weighed 9lbs 7oz and was 21 inches long. In other words, huge. My girlfriend is fine and resting at the hospital, I'm on my way back. Alex (the name debate re-emerged, now it looks like it'll be Michael Alexander) had low blood sugar when he was born so they took him to NICU and he started breathing a little too quickly. He's calmed down now and his blood sugar is slowly being returned to normal, he's going to be in NICU overnight, but everything should be ok. Did I mention he's huge? I sent a friend of mine a text saying the kid could be the second string fullback for a fre NFL teams. I was going to grab my digi when I left the hospital so I could post some pics but forgot to, so you'll have to wait until later tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for all of your kind words and support.

    New MINI

There has only been one Mini so, like the Beetle, you cant really redesign it, just tamper with it a little or risk alienating the buyers. Cars like the Mustang and future Camaro will be more interesting because both have quite a bit of history, styling wise, and both have historically been quite different looking from generation to generation, so the question to ask there is what will they do? Will the next gen Mustang or Camaro continue with the retro looks and just be updated or will they make a drastic departure from the current models into more futuristic designs? Cars like the HHR and PT Cruiser can go either way because they're a blank slate. Neither has a name attached to anything from back in the day so the designers can be creative. Even with a name meaning Heritage High Roof, the HHR can be redesigned with non-retro lines.

    New MINI

Not sure that I like the new headlights, but I still love the car. If only they had reasonable room for a baby and a bunch of kid stuff.
  19. If you want a Millenia, BV will trade straight up.
  20. I had glass last winter with a girl who had a 2001ish Chrysler Sebring coupe or something along those lines whose monthly insurance payments were $58/month. My friend's wife has an '87 Corolla hatchback with about 230,000 miles on it and they pay $36/month for it for the minimum insurance allowed by Missouri.
  21. Um.....I'm pretty sure thats BS. I've never had an insurance agent aske me what color my car was (and I've held policies on five red cars and one blue one in the last three years).I was paying $275/month for my Saturn when I first got it ($180/month car payment) and after six months a ticket fell off my record and my payments went down to $235. That was with American Family. The day I test drove the Solara, I went and got a quote from State Farm who quoted me $90/month then went to my AmFam agent who quoted me $240/month, then Allstate who quoted me about $90/month as well. I went with State Farm and when I went to AmFam to cancel my policy she asked why. I told her it was because she was going to charge me almost three times as much as the other places. She came up with some crap about how they were going to give me a good driver discount or something, I just signed the cancellation stuff and left.
