Parts and labor for the timing belt/water pump on my Solara was about $550 and took my shop about 8 hours. I'd assume it would be less on a Sunbird since I dont think their engine bays are as cramped as the Solaras.

The resale advantage Toyotas and Hondas have comes in really handy if you have a bad accident and wreck the car, especially if you're upside down. I learned that one from experiece. I paid $7900 for the Solara but was upside down because of the Saturn I traded in but the insurance paid off over $10k after I put 30k miles on the car.

My wonderful Ford radio has decided to be gay and not eject cds again, so I'm stuck with the radio. I cannot get away from Photograph/Rock Star/Dirty Little Secret/Move Along, one of those 4 song is on all the time it seems.

Too much of any band gets really annoying. Thats why I can no longer stnd Nickelback or All American Rejects, both are constantly on the radio. The Postal Service is great in moderation, far more intriguing to listen to than Deathcab for Cutie (same lead singer).

I wear camo all the time so nobody can see me. I was wearing a camo shirt at the mall the other day and this chick was like "I can totally see your legs and head but where is your torso?" And I was like, "its there, but you cant see it, thats the power of camoflage, bitch." She was like, "really? I totally cant see your torso, thats awesome." I'm going to paint my car camo.

Lots of people post drunk (some even used to run the site drunk) and I must say that Northie is one of the more coherent drunks. Just be careful Northie, its ok if you drink enough to make some borderline cars look good, but once fat chicks start looking hot, you need to back off the booze a bit.
