"Oh, the men I have met off CRAIGSLIST..."
You guys are s-h-e-l-t-e-r-e-d. I guess growing up in the teen pregnancy capital of Canada has something to do with not finding 34 men in year shocking. I know more than one girl in the 100's of men by now, in their early 20's. It just means you have to go get tested every few months.

THANK GOD FOR DONALD TRUMP!!
Croc may not know why she's in hot water. If he did, he would probably be too busy salivating to reply here.

Here's your '08 CTS sneak peek pic
Hmm... strange. It has fat "cheeks" like the new Silverado...

Consumer Reports FJ Cruiser report
Sorry, did I get carried away? This is my most hated vehicle from my most hated manufacturer. (edit: "You have posted a message with more emoticons that this board allows. Please reduce the number of emoticons you've added to the message" lol! I guess so!)

Canada gets old Jetta for 2007
Sly... Most people don't understand why I drive a manual in a big city, because "It's just so much work..."

the_yellow_dart replied to Variance's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)A Honda concept that the designers weren't blindfolded for? Woohoo!

Canada gets old Jetta for 2007
This just goes to show you... VW Canada has confused the heck out of people with this naming scheme. I've had numerous other people also swear to me that the Golf, City Golf, and Rabbit were three different cars.

Ever run into your old car you got rid of?
Anyone who's been on C+G since the beginning will remember that I've rolled over a black '01 Sunfire. I saw it about a year after the accident, being driven down the 403 by someone who looked like Paul Sr. from OCC, with yellow duct tape holding a new windsheild roughly in place, and holding the driver's door shut. I'm thinking that one junkyard owner was transporting it from another junkyard. Now... that can't be legal, right? The windshield wasn't really attached, and the driver's door wasn't really closed. There was still grass wadded in the cracks in the bumper, fer chrissakes...

GNR CHINESE DEMOCRACY
I have a feeling democracy in China will be fully in place before Chinese Democracy comes out. Now, wouldn't that be ironic?

Nissan to Revive the SX/Silvia?
The more I look at that picture, the more I like it.

Omega is returning?
You think they could use that name without people crying bloody rape? I actually wish they would...

VW Going Hybrid
Yeah, I'd really like to see a hybrid diesel. The Smart car is a turbodiesel with an SMG. Add an electric motor to that, and you would probably have enough grunt to move a Jetta. Imagine the gas mileage that would pull in...

SubLime Charger Daytona
Looking at this design again, I think the transition from Intrepid to Charger should be documented in a book called How to Give a Car Balls and given to GM.

It's OK, Fly... I didn't win. Which means I'm merely tied with you... for now... :AH-HA_wink:

T1G#T WH!P$ TROPHY TRIVIA
The ones that confused me the most: 59 Buick, 99 Chrysler and 03 Nissan. The Buick, I still can't find pictures of one with that moulding on the side... where the heck did you get that picture??? The Chrysler, you zoomed the picture in so far that I thought the surround on those headlights was bumper - so I was looking for a car with 4 round headlights, which confused me. The Nissan, I'm still not sure what Nissan that could possibly be. Is there any possibility in you posting the correct answers, or telling us which ones we got wrong?

GM introduces vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) system
I would want this system to be able to send messages to other cars. That way, when it's dark you can still give people the equivalent of the one-finger salute.

J.D. Power 2006 Customer Retention Study
I'd really like to see a manufacturer retention study. Toyota is structured much better for this study, because they don't really have divisions... Imagine what it would do for GM's numbers if all the inter-GM trades were counted here.

Dead n' Buried
TCB - I was poking around the McDonalds website and Google maps trying to figure that out. For now, I don't know. I will have to look into it further tomorrow to try to remember.

Dead n' Buried
Yeah, but Antoine Cadillac was born in France. So, now I'm confused as to who it was...

Devil's night
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil%27s_Night Who had this where they grew up? The article says it's primarily around Detroit, but I definately experienced it growing up in Ontario. It was the night you could egg the house of the bully you hated. So, who else is familiar with it?
-
Dead n' Buried
Maybe I have the wrong guy? I'm not sure that it was Leland. The plaque said the person who was born there in that Montreal house that is now a McDonalds founded Detroit. Who is that?
