    New York Auto Show: Jaguar Previews The Return Of The XJR

    The current Jaguar XJ has been on sale since 2009, but there hasn't been a potent R model. That will be changing next week as Jaguar will introduce the 2014 XJR at the New York Auto Show.

    The new XJR will come with a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine producing 542 horsepower. Jaguar also says the new XJR will have a "bespoke chassis" and some aerodynamic work. Other than that Jaguar is keeping quiet.

    We'll have more details on the XJR when its shown at the New York Auto Show.

    Jaguar will expand its R performance line-up with the global debut of the XJR at the 2013 New York International Automobile Show. The new high-performance model, the dynamic flagship of the XJ series, will join the expanding Jaguar line-up on display that includes All-Wheel Drive sedans and the F-TYPE sports car, which goes on sale this summer.

    With a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine delivering 550PS and bespoke chassis and aerodynamic developments, the XJR is the most focused, agile and responsive Jaguar XJ ever made. It delivers supercar performance and assertive looks with the highest levels of luxury.

    According to Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director, Jaguar: "The new XJR epitomises the three pillars of technology, performance and contemporary design which the Jaguar brand stands for in the twenty-first century, while delivering new levels of dynamic ability in a luxury saloon."

      These idiots are too stupid to understand that Tariff Turd47 has destroyed any desire for people to come here and spend their hard-earned money. Far better places to visit around the globe where your money will go farther. I have noticed how bad it has become at Home Depot with terrible service, no knowledge by those that do work there plus their founder, chairman, CEO is a Tariff Turd47 Lover, as such I have moved my business to Lowe's and the shopping experience is much better. These kinds of Idiots no longer get my business. Home Depot’s Ken Langone ‘Sold On Trump’ After Tariff Criticism Key Facts Langone, 89, told CNBC he has “never been more excited about the future of America” than he is right now, and that, “like it or not, this guy is getting things done.” He praised Trump’s strike on Iran as “miraculous” and said the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” has “a lot of merit” and will trigger significant economic growth. He told CNBC in 2024 he was afraid Trump would spend the next four years “getting even,” but reversed his position on Tuesday, saying, “I’m happy to say, I’m comfortable he’s not doing that.” Langone said “people are walking with more bounce” and, when asked about his previous criticisms of Trump, said, “when you make a mistake, admit it.” Clearly this IDIOT is only talking with other Billionaires and is clueless to how bad this country has become.

      7 people arrested and yet the Jewelry is still missing, crazy. The fact that the DNA evidence was in a database would imply that either the people are already criminals from the past or France is tracking DNA of people even though they say DNA testing is illegal in France. Very interesting, will be more so to see if they actually recover the jewelry, I suspect it is already melted down, diamonds cut and gone forever.

      WE are going to go into deeper and deeper decline.  UPS is cutting good union jobs and hiring subcontractors, as union busting is more legally possible now.  I am switching my love of cars to a love of cycling and hiking, and have been for a long time.  A used Subaru that can get either me, or me and my bike, to the nearest trail or backroad is all I ask.  Would trade my US citizenship for Canadian or Mexican, without question...or French, or Italian, or Scottish, or Irish, or Spanish, or German, or Polish, or Japanese, or any number of other countries.  We are an international embarrassment.  This is an interesting story. Want to visit the Louvre when i visit France.  The people who scream freedom the loudest are all about freedom until its their guy destroying freedom.  The Scion Xb, the original variant, and a Kia Soul had a love child, with some sort of birth defect.  I get to be like Olds Hurst and put up a music Video!
