CapitalTruck 0 Posted September 13, 2005 I can't figure for the life of me why GM would create such great looking cars as these Vauxhalls overseas and not bring them over! These would be prime Mazda fighters. Clearly they can make great Euro/Asian cars, they should bring them over here! Vauxhalls Offerings
Ghost Dog 1 Posted September 13, 2005 Should'nt this be in the Opel/Vauxhall forum?
Dsuupr 12 Posted September 13, 2005 I think that's the point of Saturn getting Opel products, as Opel & Vauxhall are one in the same.
HarleyEarl 1 Posted September 13, 2005 The Monaro sticks out like a sore thumb...doesn't belong with the Vaushall look.
RJB 0 Posted September 13, 2005 Bring this car. Please please please!!!! You know how many Gti converts there would be. This car has received rave reviews in Europe. http://vauxhall.co.uk/vxr/onTheRoad/astra/index.jhtml

CARBIZ 1 Posted September 13, 2005 I get depressed when I see these vehicles in person. Even Brazil gets better vehicles than we do. Is it just the difference in price of gas? Or is it because in other market GM only enjoys 10-12% market share and must fight for every inch (centimeter, actually)? Perhaps GM North America has been too fat for too long. LosAngeles 2 Posted September 13, 2005 No, GM and Ford are just simply convinced SUVs and front-drive big cars are the only things North American drivers will buy....
