Lucerne in a Garmin ad...

Featured Replies

So, Garmin has a new commercial in which the guy is driving a Lucerne... with a Garmin GPS mounted on top of his dash.

I was amused that although the car offers two forms of navigation for him to choose from, he's using a Garmin.

Yes, I know it's a commercial. Was just amused.

Maybe th ones in the Lucerne suck? :P

What they should do is feature the LaCrosse, Aura or upcoming Malibu...which all lack a Navigation system. OnStar doesn't cut it.

I disagree on the OnStar sucks part. I don't think most people have the time, nor mental capability to truly use a navigation system to it's potential. Besides, what's easier than telling someone where you want to go, and they setup the trip.

Just saw the commercial. It's actually for Avis, with the Garmin NAV being an option.
