dude, there is some seriously f*king good deals on some of the magazines on there! in the past, i have gone to the booth at the auto show every year and i can renew for 3 years for 25 bucks. i think my C/D and R/T are all the way paid for by 2012 right now. LOL Edited by regfootball

Maybe someone should write countless propaganda pieces on how "The big 4" magazines are having to incentivize and virtually give their products away.... In fact I think I will as a spoof. As for me, why even pay $8 for trash when I can read it for free at Barnes and Noble. (That is, unless I need T.P.---- Come to think of it, $8 for a years supply of T.P. ain't bad)

Don't know if you guys know this, but PrimeMedia who bought these magazines is "Frenchy" owned! So when you subscribe, you are sending American dollars to France,.... and you know what they think of us "crazy Americans" !

I thought it so funny that Americans became so anti-French, yet Nissan (Parent company Renault) was enjoying record sales.---- oh wait! they're one of the 'new domestics' :puke:

Shows how smart the typical consumer is.

I wonder if, when the press truned so negative (Circa 2002) it had something to do with the political environment?
