An interesting find. Of the two upcoming technologies predicted at the annual stock holders meeting, I think the 1.4 L. 40 mpg cobalt replacement may be the more successful in the near term.

Granted 'pops, but I believe it's an 'arrow' which should already have been in their quiver. Yet I've increased my position re: GM stock as an act of faith. The next-gen Cobalt should seek to surpass Corolla in as many categories as possible.

Wonderful article.

Great to see at least one writer finally give a positive nod to the vitues of innovation and daring moves. This is exactly what the nation needs to move forward, and it goes well beyond GM and the Volt. No amount of hand-wringing, regulation, and conservation can ever save us.

Only bold steps forward, fueled by ambition and confidence, can do that.

Bravo!
