I'm glad you aren't taking the situation with the Silverado setting down. Sometimes you have to fight for what's right. I hope it works out in your favor; I can almost see that happening.

I don't expect to see any compensation out of this, but someone has to call them on this unreasonable practice.

Yes, and I'm thinking of suggesting to lawmakers that it be made illegal.

In effect, the bank is blocking my right to sell the truck.

... which is pretty f**ked up in the first place since THEY'RE the ones that want THEIR money if the truck is sold and put the lien on the thing in the first place.
