So I got to sit in as a juror on a vehicular homicide trial today...we found a very seemingly decent and sweet teenage girl guilty on two counts, for loosing control of her Ford Escape on Route 23 just before Christmas.

The driver of the Olds, Marc, was going with his wife to plan the funeral of his three grandchildren, when he was killed along with his wife Misty.

A VERY emotional court room...kind of sad really.

Oddly enough...the driver of the ford, (Nisa Kolovich) had just pulled out of the Taco bell drive through. A year and a half ago, coming home from work, another teenage girl, also driving a Ford eEcape (green rather than blue) was involved in a fatality accident after pulling out from the MacDonald s across the street from the Taco Bell...and I was there shortly after THAT accident happened.

Odd also...without knowing what we were going to try...noticed a HUGE turtle crossing the highway at the scene of the accident when I drove into court this ayem,

Been a sad, strange day.

Wow. There are crazy circumstances, but to then be killed in an accident on the way to making funeral arrangements for grandchildren killed in a fire...wow. Crazy. What a time it must be to listen to it in person.

As sad as this story is, if you have faith then you will believe that they were meant to be with their grandchildren.
