Featured Replies

I cannot understand what this dude is saying. But I do understand the sweet clatter of a baby Duramax engine. Check out this new S-10!

Me too, but I have faith the North American version will have some styling changes. The front end on the not-for-NA version is an outdated Chevy face anyway, and does not translate well to a pickup truck.

Here's one with "V6 VVT" badges on the tailgate.

Has anyone found what the real fuel mileage is for these baby Duramax engines? I have searche and seens numbers from the mid 20's to the mid 30's but nothing really stated by GM. I am wondering just how fuel efficient they are. I would love to have the 2.8 in a mid size SUV with mileage in the mid 30's. :P

I don't recall any production truck using a V6 engine? Haven't they all been diesel's so far?

I thought so, but I don't know the particulars for all the markets these trucks are sold in. It's really a global truck. I imagine this one is a 3.6L... but cannot be sure.

That's the South American Chevy Montana...called S10 in some markets apparently. FWD, based on the platform of the Chevy Agile.
