  2. No Proof that Project One will achieve this, just theory based on computer models and so Right now Project One is just Vaporware.
  3. New rumor says Hyundai is interested in buying FCA. No way they want Chrysler or Dodge. They will want the Jeeps, Ram trucks, and the Pacifica can be the Sedona/Entourage, so that saves them money on developing a new van. I could see them wanting Alfa Romeo as a sport luxury brand and Genesis can be a comfort luxury brand, Maserati seems worthless. If Hyundai is interested, Sergio needs to trim the fat fast to make FCA appealing.
  4. The AMG Project One (which is getting a new name for production thankfully) will beat the Rimac, and it isn't made by a man in a shed, it is made by Mercedes so you know it will work. Even though Richard Hammond did roll a Rimac and survive with little injury so perhaps it is safe. The AMG will stomp these cars in handling, it weighs nearly 1,500 lbs less than the Rimac. A Tesla Model S P100 D does 0-125 mph in 10.5 seconds (and won Motor Trend's World's greatest drag race), Project One can do that in under 6 seconds.
  5. Kia News: 2018 Kia Rio Begins At $14,795*

Cool, Thank you for pointing that out, I did not know the Spark got that low in price, I never see the spark in this area much and the few I have seen must have been maxed out as They always seem to be close to 20K. Totally forgot about them, but then they must just max load them in my area as I have never seen them so cheap as Ocnblu points out.
  6. Kia News: 2018 Kia Rio Begins At $14,795*

Good price and good that at least someone remembers this market, even though it is sort of a small segment. But there are people that want new and can't afford a $26,000 Cruze or Corolla, or they can, and think it is insane to spend $26k on a Cruze or Corolla, which it is.
  7. Volvo News: 2018 Volvo XC40 Shows How Sweden Does Small

Looks pretty good inside and out, and has a fairly potent motor in T5 trim for a little SUV. I think it should sell pretty well. It has a unique look that is rugged, but modern, almost art deco too with that color. The XC40 should stand out against some of the homogenous looking crossovers out there.
  8. I've said this for many a yerr: luxury cars should be effortless to operate. They should be serene in nature... so many of these gadgets are too complicated and therefore will go unused. The whole point of luxury, to me, is to coddle the owner, not addle him.

  13. Vehicle: 2008 Chrysler Aspen

Oh...nice truck. I would never do anything to offend anyone! I just like to entertain from time to time. You could tell Seabass to kick my ass if you did not approve of the joke on top!
  14. Vehicle: 2008 Chrysler Aspen

Chrysler Aspin, huh? Do beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano upon the sight of a Chrysler Aspin? All I know is that John Denver is full of shyte, man!
  15. Vehicle: 2008 Chrysler Aspen

Very cool,m love what your doing.
  16. After years of saying they would produce an electric vehicle and not following through, it seems Infiniti will finally launch one. Speaking with Autocar, Infiniti Executive Design Director Alfonsa Albaisa said the brand would be launching a performance electric vehicle in 2019. The model will be previewed by a concept next year at the Detroit Auto Show. Albaisa said it would not be a derivative of an existing model and will be underpinned by a new platform. The most interesting bit about the vehicle is that it will feature some of the design cues from the Prototype 9 that debuted at Pebble Beach last month. Albaisa said that we would see “parts of the car in a difference context” on the Detroit concept. Infiniti has teased us before with electric concepts. In 2012 at the New York Auto Show, the company introduced the LE sedan concept. Using the running gear from the Leaf EV, Infiniti said a production model would arrive in 2014. However, plans would be pushed back in 2013 and then put on hold in 2015. Source: Autocar View full article

  18. Yes, I have to say that I am BORED with all the Jelly Bean Body Designs especially the boring Tesla body. I love the muscular look to this auto.
  19. It is interesting. It will of course have a lot more cooling required. the fact they are testing on widebody wheels, really has my attention.
  20. ON TOPIC, I loved the first pic that Motor posted about this car Then the Mules started to show up So I wonder how different the front clip will be once they release the auto?

Great to see you back.... I've always had a soft spot for these.
  22. Kia News: 2018 Kia Rio Begins At $14,795*

Smart Pricing and it should help them in the market. Wish GM would realize they need to have a proper priced product like this. The Lowest priced Chevy I found on my local lot was a $18,000 Cruze bare bones and that was after all the rebates, plus bonus cash like Military bonus cash, college graduate cash, etc. Talk about a BS price since I have never run into someone that can claim every single rebate, bonus cash, etc. GM just does not understand that they need a $12-$15,000 priced entry auto.
