  1. OMG! just looked in the mirror I have a crazy amount of grey all gathered on one side of my head. I am only 36 dammit.......
  2. Ya know, i considered the Crosstrek too, but it would have required the limited to reach the pricepoint, but Limited is CVT only and this is one I would only eve have the manual.
  3. hmmmmm, the Renegade and the 500X are both seen as direct competitors. I would of course have to go Renegade Trailhawk in either Mojave sand or Granite.
  4. Quick change from Canyon to Colorado Diesel 2. 2016 Beetle Baja 2006 Wrangler Rubicon 1984 Mustang SVO 99 Civic SI
  5. For me. 1 and 2 are a bit of a toss-up and I would easily allow any of them in my driveway 1: Golf R 2. Focus RS 4. WRX STi 4: EVO
  6. This is my thoughts to a tee. Too many times I drive a vehicle that the journalists have crapped on or given great praise just to find the opposite to be true. I will say here seems to be a bit less biased than most.
  7. I like the look and the upgraded suspension sounds interesting, but they should up the power to say 300 for some extra differentiation. A 6 speed manual would be interesting too.
  8. Minivans always go in COTY. i think it is just that there are so few of them and a new model is so rare it is easy to forget. I can see these picks. They have done worse before, but this year all 3 have merit.
  9. SVT Focus 1998 Grand Cherokee 5.9 limited
  10. he is, hopefully they do something to make it right.
  11. Hmmmm 1998 Grand Cherokee 5.9 limited: 2000 SVT Focus: 2004 SVT Lightning 2010 Chrysler 300 SRT8
  12. Oh, was talking my brother's CUE issues in another thread. they ended up replacing the head unit. He is ticked, but that isn't why....... He is livid because his ATS had over 100 more miles on it when he picked it up than when he dropped it off.
  13. I agree. Honestly the only NA 4s in a midsize I would remotely consider would be the 6, Accord, or maybe the Altima. It is a shame we will not get the MCE 200 because from what I have read the 2.0T was supposed to become part of the lineup then. Wow, wish they had deals like that around here! The V6s seem to drop fast, but the Hemis hold their value pretty well here.
  14. I really like them. I liked the 4 clinder rental pretty good, though I would say that the 4 cylinder was probably m least favoite thing about it. I would be plenty content with a Limited platinum with the V6
  15. Good point. Just wish my foot would quit getting heavier and heavier . I would love to be able to get a newer 200 V6 as a daily driver and keep the bug as a toy. I have put over 4000 miles on the bug and it hasn't even been 2 months yet lol.
  16. I love Coopers, just such neat cars and little go karts. Yeah, if I was buying new and didn't get the price I got on the bug I would have went elsewhere. That said, I love my bu. i still worry about reliability, but man it is so much fun and has been a great stress reliever
  17. Woot woot! Anywho, I find it strange that i keep getting strangers striking up parking lot convos about the Beetle. I mean, it isn't exotic, a musclecar, or a sports car. I did get purchase offers on the Dakotas, but this is Eastern Ky so truck yeah and such.
  18. It is cool. I will just have to post a lot
  19. haha, need what, 1000?
  20. Why do I get this for the political thread? Sorry, we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it.
  21. I think the country works best when the 3 branches are diverse in their controlling parties, with the caveat that they are willing to compromise and work together which is where both sides, especially the Congress, has failed over the past 8 years.
  22. Agreed. So far he has backed off or eased up on immigration, Obamacare, gay marriage, abortion, coal jobs, etc, etc or basically everything he made his campaign on. i am not surprised. i saw 2 possibilities, either he would be the not job we all saw, or was saying what he needed to say to get the vote and then all bets were off.
  23. It's ok and understandable. it is different when it is something that directly affects a person. it causes you to learn the ins and outs and whys and hows.
