Not sure about that....I think the 2nd gen carries higher style.....

Now I will admit to not reading all of the fine print and not knowing all of the details, but many a local Chevy dealer that advertise in the local newspaper are running ads for new '14 Impala 1LTs leasing at $299/month. I'm sure you have to give up your first child and drive only 5,000 miles per year and be related to Dan Akerson, but there has to be a decent lease program to start moving these things. Two months ago the wife and I test drove a new Buick Encore and there was a lease program with cap reduction cash - the finance end was worse, with no low interest rate nor any cash on the hood. Buick was targeting the leasing consumer for the first production run of the Encore - I guess the finance consumer will eventually get some deals. Interesting....sadly, there is nothing here for them....not sure why?

Mostly because the Cruze is way out of class with those cars....of course they would be better. In it's class though, it is sadly much better than the heap I call the Cobalt. It's a sad day when I'd rather drive a 90's designed Cavalier than the Balt.......The cruze reminds me of the toyota corolla, but better looking and faster..... That being said, I'm not sure he'll get a cruze anyways.....

Will need to see the nose in person.... Agree with the others though...many cars are still ahead of it. But the start/stop part might help if it gives numbers better than it shows ( which GM tends to do) So we shall see..

Oh wow....

Still like the Cruze Eco myself, but somehow I feel the Cruze Diesel is not going to be as outgoing as the VW's... So I'm calling it- either a Jetta or Passat. Judging by your likes, I see you leaning toward these....

Can't compare the new Impy to the Charger.... The Impy looks like a giant boat compared to the charger.... But be warned.....they are on the hot list to steal around here..... Then again, maybe that would be a reason to buy the Impy....
