Also in the XTS' defense, the A8 which competes with the 7 Series and S Class is a FWD platform with AWD IIRC.

It looks best from this angle of the 3 exterior photos. From that angle it does actually look quite nice.

I do prefer this to the DTS, but the bar was set pretty low and it looks more like it compete withe the LaCrosse than the S-Class, 7 Series, and LS.

I think I'd rather see the STS reskinned with these styling cues and interior and keep it than this car. I don't get why GM doesn't do that...it's not like Sigma is a bad platform...it's one of their best. Why not better utilize it in teh Cadillac brand?

Wow, inside and out I love it. Didn't really care for the old one but the new nose and interior do it wonders.

Like the interior. Exterior is ok but it suffers from the tall/thick nose the SRX does.

I wouldn't change where teh headlights are, the mos I would do is enlarge them to cover where the vents are. Also the central exhaust is A.) different from the norm and B.) part of the design. Notice how the lines of the license plate housing flow into the edges of the exhaust.

I just realized...that interior is really poorly designed...look at how far away the Nav/stereo is from the driver.

Yeah but you have have a unique taste in cars so that's understandable. After all you like the C6 and that has a mighty overhang as well. Although the C6 at least has more mass behind the front wheels to help make it look less awkward. But hey, different strokes.

Holy crap, and people think the Aveo has a long one? That's completely disproportionate. Honda really must be trying to see how ugly they can make their cars until people stop buying them.

Oh please, our penalty box spent every day of its life until 4 years ago on gravel roads,and spends lots of time on the highway. And that's an early 90's small car, new one today are much more solid on the highway. The Cobalt I had cruised at 100 effortlessly. Of course for real dirt trail/off roading yeah small cars, and most cars are useless.
