  1. If they're gonna cancel the ST they should cancel the G3 as well. After all, it's a rebadge of yet another Chevy, and no one with a brain will buy it because it's a piece of $h!.
  2. It's selling to Avis more than anything ibet. All the G6 is good for is keeping the Malibu out of rental lots.
  3. I beg to differ about the LH's being total junk thank you very much, although I will give you the 2.7 engine that was used was junk. I'd also beg to differ abut the Neon. The first gen had rave reviews. However reliability was $h!, so I could give you the first gen Neons as being junk. The 2nd gen had good reviews as well, but was left to rot on the market like so many Detroit products. How is the F-150 "way better" It's only "way better" better if you plan to use its max towing and payload capacity regularly, and for the factory trailer brake controller. The Ram rides better, has as nice or nicer of an interior, and makes more power. I think the F-150 is a great truck but it's not "way better". Again, it's a wait and see thing, assuming they survive. The new GC debuts this year, so we'll see if it's a huge leap forward or not. If it's not then that will be a telling sign.
  4. http://finance.yahoo.com/family-home/artic...See-$2-Gas
  5. I think it's ironic since h just got a camera too.
  6. I agree, if possible please don't resign from the C&G staff. Your participation and help with the site has helped keep it together.
  7. 4 wheels > 2 wheels.
  8. Or buy a Camry.
  9. Time to become a Mopar guy.
  10. I liken beer to carbonated piss.
  11. So want me to make you a sig with a Challenger on it?
  12. QUOTE (trinacriabob @ Jan 6 2009, 07:07 PM) You know me, DF, I'm GM to the bone.
  13. As I figured and you did to Camino, here's the culprit:
  14. The Emo one or the normal one?
  15. I dunno if I would take that as in insult.
  16. Well Camino, it is a disappointment for sure, but if you ever get the money you could either import a Ute or do a conversion. Plus there is always plenty of used ones. And like I said, Chrysler will be happy o sell you a RWD, V8 coupe...and if you get teh SRT8 you get low volume too.
  17. LOL It's just red paint on a white cracked wall. The power of Photoshop. Plus it makes a powerful statement.
  18. There are worse non-GM cars out there.
  19. So buy a Challenger.
  20. You can thank Daimler for that. For whatever reason they gave Chrysler the funding for the LX cars then cost cut the hell out of subsequent products. For at least a couple years Chrysler was doing well while Ford and GM were not. If the products following the LX cars got the same funding and attention that they got, Chrysler would probably be in much better shape. Again, the Ram is the first vehicle that Cerberus had more influence over the development. The results are as follows (from edmunds): So, assuming the same level of funding and attention has been given to the new LX cars and whatever else debuts, these vehicles should be much better than what Chrysler has now.
  21. Considering all of the work was basically done, why not jsut go ahead and sell it? Even without advertising it'll still sell to El Camino fans if no one else. A sale from a product that was already developed is better than spending the money to bring it to market only to pull the pug and waste that money for nothing.
  22. Actually the LX cars did a lot of a good for the company. The Avenger/Sebring were huge disappointments, and the Ram debuted when gas was around $4 followed by an economic crisis.
