Life Sucks
No idea...but I drove it to school today and he noise never showed up...ran fine and everything... It's hard to diagnose a problem hat won't show up again. On thing though, I was mistaken about all of the fluids being fine. The night I parked it in the driveway (our driveway is uphill mind you). The oil level did read as low. Now, I realize that checking it on a hill is not exactly accurate, however I do know it burns some oil (It's is a high mileage engine after all). So I added a quart into it and then moved the car. When I checked the oil again it was closer to 3/4th full. I do check the oil fairly regularly, but I stupidly forgot to before we went to my cousin's (about 45 minute drive, 1.5 hours both ways). So I don't know if low-ish oil was the cause of the sound, but the thing is that it made the sound again when I test drove it that day. However it hasn't made the noise the last 2 times I've driven it..so I dunno.

Great LCD TV 1080P buy, for those looking
I've got 2 older Sharp TVs and I would not buy another one based on past experience. First one lost it's sound, 2nd one the cable connector broke off of the TV itself. UMass has new dell PCs with LCD monitors. I don't know what model the Dell monitors are, but they pale in comparison to the HANNS-G I have. Colors aren't as vibrant and the picture quality is nowhere near as sharp. Maybe you're talking about a different model LCD monitor than the ones here though. They are black with silver trim. If there's one thing to like about G5's is the awesome wide screen monitors they come with...the picture quality is amazing...plus they look nice (far better than those cheesy clear plastic blobs that the G4's had).

I say the Millenia is the best choice to go, but good luck with whatever you end up doing.- My 2008 FE3 CTS w/6 speed manual
Congrats, that interior continues to amaze me..it's gorgious, and the exterior is quite stunning! Best of luck!- Official GTR pics and part of specs Released!
If only more people could find a happy middle...you know, look at cars more objectively. Not OMGXORZ IT HAS A WHEEL THAT IS SUCH A RIPPOFF OF [insert company name here]!!11 I AM T3H NUMBER 1 FANBOY AND EVERYTHING [said company] SAYS OR DO IS GAWD!11!1 OMG HAXX~~!! Anyway, back to the GTR, I think its great that Nissan hasn't toned down the production version much from the concept...it looks best from the rear 3/4th to me, but I like it overall. The performance is sure to be mind blowing...can't wait for comparison tests.- Nasty Meals! - Bull Penis
Bull$h! I say...oh wait, that's for dessert...served chilled in a pudding dish or slightly hardened and cut into warm, moist squares. Chocolate shakes are available as well... Hey, they're in the area, might as well knock on the back door for dessert.- Fall Back! November Car Spotting
Coolest. Sighting. EVAR. I saw 3 yellow Corvettes driving down the road...2 C5s and a C3...the a burgundy one...the 4 more Vettes all in a row going the opposite way of us...it was awesome.- Happy Birthday Fly!
How the hell did I miss this thread? Sorry! Happy belated Birthday of fearless leader! I have some late presents for you!- Official GTR pics and part of specs Released!
Let's not forget that Impalas traditionally had 6 tail lamps, not 4. But then, some people will do anything to knock a car that isn't GM...and claim that GM thought of everything...they invented the wheel, and gravity too after all.- Drove a new Malibu this weekend
Well then at least the material patterns match up.- Drove a new Malibu this weekend
So is there any materials of the interior besides the seats and center armrest that aren't hard plastic?- Nasty Meals! - Bull Penis

Right, `cuz I keep 3 dead bodies and $1.2 million in the trunk, along with the secret to Toyota's success, the patents for a 27.3 speed automatic, and the secret of life... No, I like having the trunk release within easy reach. Lots of cars these days lack a locking glovebox anyway.- Toyota is really reaching for the moon with this commercial
This was a pretty funny commercial. You gotta love the special effects guys to make things look real and believable...like a Tundra that can do the work of a real truck!- Life Sucks
Well, we tried to diagnose the problem today but were unable. Despite driving 26 miles which included back roads and the highway, the noise wouldn't show itself...so I'm drawing a blank.- Could be snowy...
I've never seen anyone around here using one of those cheesy plows. Around here they uses real trucks, Rams, F-series, Silverados/Seierras. Never seen one on a Titan though, can they do it without falling apart?- Oh Beast, Wherever May You Be?
I realize that, but perhaps he can reason with his parents about the amount of money spent on this Cutlass they bought as opposed to fixing the Mazda would equal up to fixing the Mazda, so selling it and fixing the Millenia would give BV a reliable car again without problems that keep croping up. I don't thin he needs to sell the Mazda, because as far as I can recall it was problem free besides some cosmetic stuff and the crappy tires. Fix it for less than teh cost of a new car, and have a good, reliable vehicle again. I think, though I could be wrong, he meant driving down a road that cuts through the woods (rural area).- Life Sucks
You can't hear the noise when the car is at idle, it only makes itself known when you give it gas. It will make the noise whether the car is moving or not, it's definitely not suspension/tire related. As for belts and other internals I haven't looked closely at, beside checking all of the fluids, closer inspection will happen today. Thanks for the help man. Also, that stuff is insane regarding the complexity of replacing the chain, it's a full 2 pages in the Haynes manual I have...I know it's not something I could do myself...just far too complex.- Life Sucks
There's 3 chains, and from what I've heard, having a mechanic fix it is very expensive...after I get a better idea what the problem is I'll start making calls to get estimates and see if there's a way to do it with someone and myself for much cheater...who knows.- Great LCD TV 1080P buy, for those looking
Sony makes excellent screens, both TV and computer monitors. They are expensive though. I'm quite happy with my Hanns·G HW-192DJB Gloss Black 19" 5ms DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor. The price was unbeatable for $200 and the picture quality, sharpness, and colors are superb.- Could be snowy...
