Those would all be FWD, right? And ... I should've clarified: My '87 MC LS has been more reliable than either of the 2 brand new cars I bought in 1997 (1997 model) and 1999 (2000 model)...so, reliability isn't an issue. it's more an issue of not wanting the car to rust, etc..... But, I can't see myself driving anything other than a Monte Carlo...heh. I'll have to think about this a bit more.... *sighs*

No...not me. Though, if I could retire now...I would. I have a LOT I'd LOVE to be doing...he heh. But, no...this is about retiring a daily driver ... specifically an older daily driver. I'm not going on a "major" road trip this year, since I'm using vacation time to attend a few different weekend gatherings/shows/cruises that I've previously mentioned; I hope to return to a week or 2-week long road trip in 2009, like these previous ones... *nods* Sounds like a plan. And, you gotta love pain meds . Anyway....woo hoo! *grins* This was a HUGE SUCCESS! Preliminary count ... over 60 (that's right, 60) people gathered in Elgin IL, Saturday, July 26, 2008. Not everyone was there at once, but the bulk of the crowd was between noon and 4pm local time. Ed and Derek A (both from several MC-related groups/boards) took a BUNCH of pictures. Once they are ready, I will post a link for ALL to ENJOY...along with official count/results and some notes.
