I always wondered about Canada's preference of Pontiac over Chevrolet, and I thought it would be enough to ensure their survival, but apparently not. I've visited only Toronto in Canada, and what struck me was the almost complete absence of big pickups and SUVs.

Thanks, guys. In my 30s, I stopped looking forward to birthdays. Now in my 40s, even more so. But I suppose after a while I will start looking forward again because it means I've survived another year.

The T/As I've had have worn very well, but they've been noisy. They don't seem quite as sticky as the Bridgestone Potenza S-02s I've had. I need to get new tires for my IS300. Costco has pretty slim pickings for my car. I plan to get some T/As.

The Michelins have been the best, but are a little more costly. BFGoodrich T/As have been good budget tires.

One of these trees is a volunteer tree growing behind my back fence and dropping stuff into my yard. I never knew what kind of tree it is.

My red '87 Integra LS. Drove it for 60K hard miles. A complete blast. I got a few nicks and scratches and felt compelled to trade it in for a '91 Integra GS, which had a very different character.
