  1. I'd do a better camo'ing job than that. It's SO obvious that it's a Chevy.
  2. Chevrolet: last gen Camaro / Lumina (W-Body) / Impala SS (B-Body) (all tie, and yes, you read it correctly. LUMINA.) Pontiac: G6, baby! Oldsmobile: last gen Aurora (but all of them are near equal, OLDSMOBILE! YEEHAW!) Buick: none really, but Allure has slight win over others Cadillac: Sigma STS Saturn: again none really, but Aura has slight win Opel/Vauxhall/Holden: Vectra GTS Saab: 9-3 Viggen
  3. For me I want a whole Impala 9C1 :D From the news is that they will be passing the duty of highway patrol back to the regional police departments.
  4. Nice angry look! All cars should look angry like this!
  5. I didn't want my post to look like a big lump of repetition. That's why I only quoted points and the relevant. Isn't that's what quoting is for?
  6. G6 has both GTP and GT. Again I can see in the future when a G6 GXP debuts it would take the place of GTP. From what I know traditionally only Grand Prix used GTP.
  7. Those gauges look like they will fit a Cobalt...
  8. You forgot quite a few: Toyota Corolla Honda Odyssey Toyota Tacoma etc.
  9. Anyone heard about this as well? I heard it on the radio the other day. Wondering if that means they're going to sell a bunch of Impala 9C1s, 9C3s and Crown Vic PIs.
  10. G6, when? I say WHEN??!! I don't want the same tranny from my Cavalier on my G6!
  11. If it's REALLY the case that GM has to cut, sadly I have to agree, it's Buick. Although it's highly debatable that GM's lineup for upscale would be completely void. It's really not like someone shopping for a top-model Camry or Avalon would consider a Pontiac, and they're not at the point where they would get a base Cadillac. The brands right now will work, but GM must be extremely cautious in pricing and equipping the cars, e.g. if Buick is to stay then they should eliminate the base cars, making it completely upscale but under Caddy. GM is improving lately, just give it some more time.
  12. Suddenly remembered the last weekend, a Honda dealer was having a live show onthe local Chinese radio. They got some radio celebs to do a promo. One of the guys was praising the 05 CR-V leftovers as if they were made in heaven, and it was sooo great of a car. Makes me embarassed for being Chinese. It's like in the community if you drive a non-Euro or non-Asian marque, you're an alien.
  13. I've driven it... in Mafia: City of Lost Heaven. :P
  14. I don't hope for much, just that I hope they'll do it again around the same time next year. My lease is up :P
  15. "BV" must be burning now, since he used to be HONDA MAN! OK, so what next. Avalons with steering wheels falling off. CR-Vs catching fire. So long for the "leading brands". Or maybe Civics and Corollas recalled because the engine only has 3 functional cylinders, as the workers forgot to install the 4th?
  16. Isn't it the other way around? Chrysler bought out Mercedes?
  17. Has anyone brought this up before? http://www.thecarconnection.com/Enthusiast...S178.A8283.html versus this
  18. Mmmmm... B4C Camaros... Z/28s in RS clothing... Just imagine making a new one with a LS7 and tune the chassis a bit... Now THAT will stop ANYTHING.
  19. You must be on medication or just hanging over from the party last night
  20. 1. Pontiac Montana/Montana SV6, do I have to explain? 2. Chevrolet SSR, I only see them as sweepstakes prizes. 3. Saturn Ion + Pontiac Pursuit, competition for Cobalt, or confusion of the market. Although I'd rather see Saturn scrapped altogether then a return of Olds. As for the Pontiac, just one thing: If you're going to do it, then do it right. Don't give us no crappy rebadge job like slapping a pig's nose on a Cobalt! Kappa sedan, please! Why have three (yes, 3) close to identical cars? 4. Chevrolet Epica. It's more expensive than a Malibu and smaller. It's not upscale either. Why bother? If you really want a more upscale midsizer, go see Buick or Pontiac. 5. Chevrolet Optra. No point, I only see it as a showroom placehold before the Cobalt hits. It's underpowered and the quality is somehow comparable to a Cavalier.
  21. I know a person buying a Camaro won't consider a Solstice, but in price range it sound a bit wierd to me with both starting at 19K. Just a random thought.
  22. If there's any roadster, I'd rather take Sonnett. Also, they should bring back the Viggen line. Just like GXP for Pontiac, SS for Chevy, V for Caddy, etc. Just how cool would it be to have a 3.6L blown V6 9-3 Viggen making near 300 horses
  23. Because from what I know the J twins are sub-compact, then the Ns are compact.
  24. 1. Olds Aurora, maybe as a RWD sedan about the same size as the 01-03 2. Olds Alero -OR- Calais, redesigned around the Profile, stay as FWD on Epsilon 3. Olds Cutlass, No Cutlibus please, just a nice replacement for Intrigue, can be on modified W-Body as is the Intrigue, but use the Cutlass name 4. Olds Recon, Epsilon based crossover, again, no Malibu (Maxx) clones please 5. (Can't think of this one yet, Olds doesn't seem to need 5 models anyways) In short: BRING BACK OLDS!
  25. I thought the Grand Am has always been classified as a compact.
