It can be done... (2nd UPDATED w/Brochures and New In the Flesh High Resolution Photos!)
Lets just say I don't think you will have to be doing any back door super deals. Remember the PPV isn't being delivered until 2011. That's still a ways off. Lots can happen by then.

16:00 [Comment From Mark Bono ] With the Caprice Police vehicle( being based on another Holden, the Statesmen) will we see it ever for public sale to slot above the Impala? 16:01 Brent Dewar: The announcement for the Caprice is currently only as a police patrol cruiser. It will be RWD with a 6.0L V8. We have not made any firm plans yet on a retail version of the Caprice. That said, we are working on a nextgen Impala that come in abover the Malibu. More to come....

General Motors and Tengzhong Sign Definitive Agreement For Sale of HUMMER
I just don't see "Red White and Blue Americans" wanting to buy these anymore. I give Hummer 2 years in America before gone. Life in China however will replace the loss in the US.

CELL PHONES MOBILE DEVICES
the LG Migo is a kids phone that only has 4 pre-programed numbers in it plus 911. The kid can only call those 4 numbers and those same 4 numbers are the only ones that can call the phone. Also, the phone has GPS tracking in it.

Tell me about your appliances
I don't see any problem in buying a SS dishwasher and then catching up with the other appliances later. In our kitchen, we have a SS fridge and ovens, a black dishwasher, and bisque stovetop.

CELL PHONES MOBILE DEVICES
Been in the middle of the desert on I80 thru Nevada and on 40 and 10 thru NM and AZ no Verizon issues. Co-worker in the truck lost service on 40 and parts of 80 with ATT. I also hear that west LA has AT&T issues. I also think the type of phone you have can create signal issues.

a new dishwasher is gonna set you back about 500 bones.

CELL PHONES MOBILE DEVICES
I have the LG Voyager for Verizon. I text, use MSN Messenger, and use it for phone calls. You can also hack the phone and do any type of ring tone you want.

This phone rocks BTW

CELL PHONES MOBILE DEVICES
Don't forget if you are looking at buying a phone that Verizon is CDMA and AT&T are GSM. I don't know what type of cell service the other companies use.

CELL PHONES MOBILE DEVICES
There is a reason why Verizon "nickle and dimes" you and the other services have good prices: SERVICE I have been to almost every state in the US with my Verizon phones and never had a service issue. My coworkers had you name it: sprint, at&t, t mobile, whatever you want and they were always borrowing my phone because they had service issues. I'm surprised Croc has good luck with AT&T in socal because that's not what I hear. Also, Verizon's 3G internet is faster.

Feds probe Toyota Tundras
I'm seeing less new tundras and titans then I did before. I live in CA's truck country (central valley) and it appears the NEW factor has worn off and the old standbys are selling again. Of course though, Fresno has always been a Chevy/GMC truck town.

I think i might shoot some of the cadillac but it will have to wait till this weekend. Oh wait, it wont be around. Maybe I will shoot my car from its best angle.

Chevrolet Caprice Police Car
I would think that torque is equally important with police work as they are usually accel and braking quite frequently and not really hitting high revs.

Chevrolet Caprice Police Car
This will only be a problem IF (and this is a big if) Carbon is able to produce cars, which I doubt will ever happen. Also, by that time, who knows, maybe the PPV will have a diesel in it too.

Thoughts/Opinions?
The Malibu had the 2.4 and i don't know what transmission it had. The car had enough power for me. I'm not a hot-rodder. I got on the freeway well, passed well, and the car was really quiet. I have driven a Saturn Aura and an Impala with the 3.5 in it. Both had plenty of power. I don't remember either one having any sounds or noises that were unpleasant. Although I do have to say the Buick logo on the steering wheel can give off a glare that can be very annoying.
-
Thoughts/Opinions?
I have driven all 3. Even though the Buick is on a "Cadillac chassis", the Malibu is very solid and the fuel economy is going to be a nice added benefit. Just steer away from gray. The gray interior sucks.
