Honda Fit sticker starts at $14,400
Such is true with, uh, every car. However, Honda parts cost more from the dealer when a suitable replacement elsewhere isn't available.

New Camry LE (run-of-the-mill version) revealed
Good point about the wheel covers, Mustang. People tend to expect them on domestics as all our cars are cheap junk anyway, but I must say I'm rather impressed with the ones I've seen on Buicks, Chevies, and the like. They aren't great, but they aren't bad and they tend to cover most if not all of the visible sections of steel wheel underneath. Toyota has bad ones and frankly I've been surprised to seen them on so many Mazda6s, Altimas, and Jettas. They're pretty poor, too, as some try to look too much like multispoke alloys with large gaps between spokes. Plus, nothing says 'cheap' more than seeing a car crusing down the highway with one wheel wobbling.

New Camry LE (run-of-the-mill version) revealed
The hood cutline is horrible. The headlamps don't match the rest of the car. Poorly-styled decklid. Huge ass yet little trunk space...?? Look at the console. Cutlines all over the place. Doesn't GM get perennially racked for doing this? Some parts underneath the steering column don't look like they fit well together. Steering wheel controls on the left side only? Not only asthetically unappealing, but egonomically nonsensical as well. What a tiny, piddly-ass frequency readout on the stereo. And this picture makes it look very, very fat. I'm not even going to crack a joke about the dealership's name. That's waaaay too easy.

Deb Lafave....
That's pretty much how I feel. Thank you. I've been dealing with this crime and trial issue for months and months now since this is in my area and I'm disgusted at the sympathy she's received. Some are even saying she's the victim. How indeed. I feel the most for the husband.

Ever Have a car that just...
The current-gen Corolla surprised me in just how lousy it is. Gutless, pokey transmission, squealy tires, bad body roll, tiny steering wheel, awful seating position, skittery handling, EXPOSED SCREWHEADS!, rattling rear seat, and economy that wasn't that fantastic. Why do people buy these things?

Good Cars/Bad Cars
At least the pickups and utilites can serve a purpose. What does an Italian sports car do besides be yellow, look funny, and break?

Case Closed
Don't remember the last time someone was silenced for voicing their opinion in a calm, productive, unrude manner. Oh yeah, no one ever has been.

GM paid $2 million to have a Solstice blown up
That chase scene made the entire movie worth it. Tell me it wasn't awesome seeing a 3700 lbs LeSabre being dragged with a chain and a Park Avenue doing cartwheels?

Grand Prix TAPShift...
Ever seen the size of the script on a Titan door panel? Its ridiculous and grotesque. Not even Dodge does $h! like that...usually...for the most part. And again, I don't see how its different than BMW trademarking and advertising their manumatic system. As for the ABS badging, remember, this was at a time when not that many cars had standard anti-lock brakes (especially lower-line competitors), just as today not many cars have AWD. Its equally lame on the RL for the reason you pointed out - you cannot get a 2wd RL. Lexus/Toyota and a whole bunch others also badge their stability control systems on many of their models. Speaking of lousy branding, I would be more apt to laugh at the Mazda MazdaSpeed Mazda6.

2006 Monte Carlo LT 3.9L
Monte Carlos tend to look good in certain colors. For me, those colors would be blue, green, bronze, or black. Anything else tends to look bad in my eyes. I also prefer the look with door moldings as they break up the slabbiness of the sides.

Overpriced, especially for already being several years old.
