What Would Caesar Augustus Drive?
A camouflaged VW Cabrio. I suppose that's one way to avoid the chick-car stigma.

Days After Getting The Cobalt Back From The Shop
That's pretty much what the insurance told us. Per the estimate, they found more than expected. Both front seats were broken from the force of the accident. Frame was bent, trunk floor, as well as all the obvious. The biggest lost; this was my Grandma's car and my Mom wanted to have it because of that. Myself, I'm not getting another car right now. We'll soldier on with the Sunfire and Golf for now. I'll probably wait until I find another job, as I'm really aiming for a nice, shiny, new MK6 GTI.

New Jersey ends car inspections next week; emissions testing still required after five years
Personally, it's a waste of money. Cops can and will issue you a ticket if they feel your car is unsafe or breaking a law. States without them seem to operate just fine without an increase of "rolling deathtraps". Emissions testing, eh, I don't have to deal with it. However, if we were ever subjected to one, the Sunfire wouldn't have a chance in hell of passing.

Days After Getting The Cobalt Back From The Shop
After insurance struggles on both ends, we finally got an estimate: $6700 in damage. No word yet on whether they're totaling it or repairing it.

eBay Worries and Aggravation
I've personally had one experience where the seller did not mark it shipped through Ebay. I inquired after a few days of wondering and received back a responce stating he didn't use ebay's shipping service. I received the package the very day I got the response, ironically.

2010 Subaru Legacy and Outback and 2010 Ford Fusion twin test drive (updated, includes new Legacy and Subaru Outback test drives)
The Legacy lost me with its current redesign. It foregone everything I loved about the previous generation, especially in the design department.

Car Help
I would seriously check out a new Regal. As well, any VW TDI is a great highway car and the TDI's are generally the most reliable of the VWs.

Vis-à-Vis
Both the MKV and MKVI were/are available with 17 inch ("Denver") and 18 inch ("Detroit") version of that wheel design. The 17 inch is finished in just silver, while the 18 inch is polished with the black (or gunmetal for the MKV known as "Hufeisen") accents.

Vis-à-Vis
I wish. Water, too. I will say, I've always liked these wheels, though a nice set of dished BBS wheels always look stellar on VW's.

- Why going green won't make you better
Cook more carefully?- Why going green won't make you better
We've never had an issue with something burning itself to the glass. Anything spilled on the burners has come off with a little bit of regular ol' cleaner and a few wipes. No 5 minute work-out.- Why going green won't make you better
Electric isn't so bad. And with glass tops, keeping it clean isn't impossible.- Hypothetical Question
Pontiac and Olds might have actually survived and I might have actually had interest in GM still.- Cory's Car Spotting.
There are a bunch of slight differences. The concept is definitely much more attractive than the production version.- Cory's Car Spotting.
It's an option. It's carried over from the concept, it seems. It's sex in person, especially the concept.- Cory's Car Spotting.
And the ever unexpected Cadillac CTS Coupe Concept:- Cory's Car Spotting.
