  1. uuuuhhhhmmmmm... because we have plenty of NG here in America. Because there is no strain to the power grid. Because it allows Americans to drive WHAT THEY WANT TO DRIVE without penalty... no downsizing, no expensive lightweight materials. No giant battery to contend with. And many more reasons. Come on, you're a smart boy.
  2. This is so brainy in comparison to CAFE laws and electrification... very cool.
  3. I'm guessing it is a test run for the new style trucks coming out. I agree, it would look great on the cars, too. Like a Camaro.
  4. silhouette
  5. Prolly not MSRP, that would not be a fair payout. It should be their true cost up to that point, including transportation to get them to the port, imo. Fisker will most likely get about $320.
  6. omg i thought my dryer ate him. i'll do anything for his safe return. please tell me where you want me to leave the flaming bag of dog poop ransom money. no but srsly, am i the only one who has seen this on the highways and byways of life?
  7. thigh tickler *shiver*
  8. I'm relating to my adoring public.
  9. Dude I can see their advertisement on dere, I meant that comment for the photog kid @ the dealership! BUT, you and I both would love to have one like that, only in a shortbed, regular cab, I'm sure!

  11. It would be the greatest thing if tomorrow everybody decided to leave electricity to golf carts. Srsly.
  12. So, when you're on the road, and there's a bump that goes all the way across, so it catches both front wheels at once, and then there's a 3-foot dark circle on the road just ahead of it from oil being flicked off from under vehicles because of the bump.
  13. Wait, is that a french curve in the photo too? Maybe it's a Citroen 2CV.

  16. Look how coarse the metallic is in that color. Nice shot, getting it in the sun to show it off.
  17. holy shit

  19. Reminds me of a baby T-rex. They amuse me greatly. At first I was laughing at them, now I'm laughing with them. There is no link to rich history, as with the Fiat 500. I do wish it were available in a 3-door like the 500 (and the Beat we voted for) though. And as far as the Smrt and iQ, a person would have to be truly brainless to entertain the thought. So, in the class, that leaves us with the Chevrolet Spark, which is either fun... or a joke, depending on how one looks at it. Right now, I'm looking at it as fun.
  20. No way I am advocating re-selling flood vehicles, I'm just saying that is a lot of vehicles to go to salvage vendors at once. There will be some salvageable parts on a lot of these.
  21. The blue seats ruin it, imo.
  22. Well I hope all those private owners make out OK with insurance and can replace their lost vehicles with comparable or better. I'm less sorry for the new, untitled vehicles that were lost, unless they were sold orders. 200,000 vehicles going into salvage is crazy.
