  1. Well, this is different and pretty cool, imo:
  2. Maybe it's a lease v. buy thing. Most high-end Euro luxury cars are leased, aren't they? Maybe that crap is prohibited, for good reason, on lease vehicles.

    Attention Dreamers

FINALLY, you can waste some time at Dodge's 2013 Ram 1500 Build & Price site, putting together your own new Ram. Enjoy! http://www.ramtrucks.com/en/2013/ram_1500/
  4. Happy Birthday, Drew.
  5. np! It's a cool looking truck.

  7. Says in ad it is a "complete renovation". Love the way they kept true to the original intent while updating it in critical urreas.

  10. Not sure if the picture will translate, but it is called the Golden Cameo, a show truck circulating in 1967 to mark the 50th anniversary of Chevy trucks the following year, 1968. It has hidden headlights and an SS grille. Pretty sweet!
  11. I'm guessing the Camaro and C-10 were shown with that Corvette concept (or was it a CERV?). I would find out what year that concept was shown, then google "GM show cars" or "GM concept cars" and then the given year. They're pretty cool looking in black and white... any color photos? EDIT: that is the 1967 Astro I concept.
  12. Very fine gallery of photos, sir. Thank you for posting! I would have liked to have been there.
  13. Totally agreed. The decision to abandon decades of brand and model equity was a disaster. Should have been Cutlass Supreme and it should have had a coupe companion. Pontiac did it and I still see final-gen GP coupes on the road... people are loyal!
  14. Your first photo looks like Mocha Steel, second photo looks like Steel Gray. Maybe it's just something with the camera or the light.
  15. I wonder if XTS with Brembos has "track" pads? LOL.

Funny, at my former-former place of employment, a Lincoln-Mercury dealer for 60 years or so (until Ford's reorganization cut them), they scrambled around trying to procure another new-car franchise. They ended up with Mitsubishi because every other major brand was happily represented by other local dealers... that they were able to acquire Mitsu without much fight is a clear indication. Mitsu will be next to leave the U.S. market. Former-former employer won't be around much longer, I predict, at a prime location they've held since 1948, as I don't see them financially able to acquire another new-car franchise. Their "YUGO" sign is still tucked away behind one of the paint booths in the bodyshop over there, that was another debacle well before my time there.
  17. Pretty nice place, whoa. Kitchen seems a little odd, broken up like that, but otherwise neat-o.
  18. jail
  19. It sure is. Congratulations!
  20. I love seeing old photos. Some cool vehicles there with you. And those white glasses are Hollywood.
