  1. Looks very nice. I was wondering about the concrete thing, cool that there is none.
  2. The one thing wrong with the G8 is the bland styling... which is a major factor, imo, when you are Pontiac. Sedan bodystyle, a platform designed with North American safety standards in mind and 6 cylinder availability are all major plusses. I think they should put DI onto the 3.6 as soon as possible in the G8. I see the 3.6L car selling well, hopefully, and look forward to an American-designed exterior two years after intro... the sooner the better.
  3. Well, it was truly a good time meeting some C&Gers for the first time today, and seeing some others once again. I wish I could have stayed longer damn it, had to leave at 4... (which turned into 4:25 because we were having such fun BSing), but it's all good, I hit the family reunion banquet a few minutes early. Bon Voyage to Mr. Fly and his friend, may the wind be at your back (and face, with 4-60 air conditioning in the Large LeSabre). :AH-HA_wink: I am sure some pictures will be posted as soon as these guys get to a computer after painting the town brown in that massive, sweet car.
  4. Red, uplevel HHR panel. White/black vinyl top/black cloth '71 Impala coupe with Cragar S/S rims, lookin' fine.
  5. Mr. Jacket, damn. What a pain in the tail this curse is. Sorry dude. I can tell you though that from what you're describing, your Aura is nowhere near totalled. It's brand new, and has a retail value much higher than Mr. Fly's Aurora. Most of the time, it is a cost to repair v. retail value thing that totals a car.

  7. Hmmm... 1:30? 2:00?

  9. Hey duh Borger, there's a very nice August Car Spotter's thread down in the Lounge. :AH-HA_wink:
  10. One troubling aspect of this is, the Mustang and Charger are both very honest, authentic automobiles.
  11. The water looks a bit... troubled.

  14. You guys just like the part where the train goes into the tunnel, be honest.
  15. We have more than one of those here. :AH-HA_wink:

    Nice guy, that Custom-S(hithead). :AH-HA_wink:
  22. The headliner panel is usually a pliable fiberglass-like material. The glue dries out over time with temperature changes inside a car's cabin, allowing the fabric to separate. A reputable upholstery shop can cut new fabric and glue it onto your existing panel.
