  1. Mouse! Glad to see you back! As for the G8 Firehawk, SLP released some promo material quite a while back. I haven't checked in lately, but it should be available soon if not now according to what they were saying when the promo stuff was released. I posted a pic of the brochure here back then.
  2. Decision now postponed for a few weeks.
  3. That price will buy you a condo or an old rundown house with a postage stamp lot - nothing more. A new house was just built next door to my brother's place. Tiny lot, basic suburban single family home Asking price: $975,000
  4. Try this one: 19312 or 19087 Then talk to me. :AH-HA_wink:
  5. I would not be surprised at any crazy outcome. Perhaps GM could become CM ( Chevrolet Motors).
  6. You have to look at certain zip codes to even make a comparison. PA is big, and the part I live in is insanely expensive - no bargain hunting here.
  7. I get a distinctly Consumer Reports vibe from the way that the criticisms are being offered. They are vague at best ("not enough", "too slow") and seems to rely heavily on past sins as a barometer for expectations going forward. If I were a GM exec, I'd be asking: "What, exactly do you want us to do to meet your expectations? " Makes me wonder if the endgame has already been decided.
  8. Not everywhere in the state, but certainly here.
  9. It was a UPS Dodge Caravan. What was so odd was that all of it's badges were removed. I wonder what's up with that.
  10. I think alot of it is separation anxiety, something that can be fixed. The aggression between him and Zora is another matter.
  11. Not having RWD certainly isn't going to help them survive - especially Corvette. Kill Corvette and you may as well order the tombstone now.
  12. Good luck to you.
  13. My main gripe is the delay, uncertainty is making everything worse and worse. Just give them what they need or tell them no.
  14. For those who have read it, I am interested in your reactions. Please post.
  15. Where have you been, 68? We've been watching that beast come together for a long time around here. So well done. And yes, I'd love to own it.
  16. Thanks man. It was fun to write, I'm not sure what I'll do with it (or Kelly for that matter). She and the kids are blank sheets at this point.
  17. I don't know if any of you are interested ( or if the link will work), but I got on a roll one day and wrote this: http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=7045...&topic=7792
  18. I have never seen it, but my employees have quoted it and Red vs. Blue ad nauseum over the last few years. So I feel like I have.
  19. Especially with the Russian notes attached to the bags!
  20. That about sums it up, DF. How nice of C.A.R.B. to condescend not to ban dark cars "at this time". Bastards.
  21. Well, all of those things existed before the crisis, in fact, before Wagoner. That's my point, nothing more. To lay it all at his feet alone would be absurd. He is a sacrificial lamb (if not an innocent one). When the mob calls for blood, the expedient thing is to give it to them.
  22. I am a bit more nuetral, both in how I feel about this and the political aspects. Which, by the way, do matter in this situation. I see two potential reasons for this move: 1) Obama requested/demanded it 2) GM did it to blunt the impact of such a demand, a pre-emptive strike if you will. Truly, we all know that the current crisis has little to do with management.
  23. That could be problematic...
