  1. You're kidding, right? That thing looks like a 1990 Lumina van that's constipated. These new DCX vans are fine. They will sell well to the target audience. They look fine.
  2. Wait till everybody has plug-in hybrids. Every night, our ancient power grid will grind to a halt. Brown-outs everywhere. But the tree huggers will love it.
  3. Wow. Seriously, I have not seen one on the road, and I am in one of the largest markets for cars. In fact, I didn't even realize they were on sale yet.
  4. Sign me up! My 2002 Z28 will be paid for soon, and I look forward to trading it in toward the new one. I just hope they don't have too many problems in the first model year.
  5. That back end is ugly. But then, I wouldn't buy a minivan anyways, so what do I know.
  6. The new Saturn SUV will eat this thing's lunch.
  7. Wow. Absolutely blows everything else off the map.
  8. Consumers Reports is only good for comedy relief. Sadly, too many sheep believe what they read though.
  9. This is not a good thing...
  10. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/economic_forecast The report, conducted by UCLA, predicts 300,000 jobs to be lost in the financial sector, and 800,000 jobs lost total. This could directly affect GMAC, and could possibly adversely affect the entire economy
  11. Like it or not, it's a reality GM has to deal with if it wants to be successful in the nation's largest auto market.
  12. I remain optimistic on this. Fresh blood in GM can't hurt at this point. We already know that if GM just goes with the status quo, as they have for 30 years, they will be bankrupt. This may piss off GM traditionalists, but traditions are exactly why GM is where it is right now.
  13. Yawn.... Looks like the current gen model with the new avalon front and rear ends grafted on.
  14. That seems pretty dumb. They should have different marketing for warmer climate areas.
  15. I hope there's a 3-door hatchback version with AWD and a potent engine.
  16. I didn't think the article was really biased either way. I think it's good to get the word out. The average consumer doesn't even know Japan does this. There's nothing to be scared of in the truth. I think once more people are aware of the corruption on Japan's part, it will work in favor of our automakers.
  17. heh. I don't think that airbag would do much good.
  18. As long as they didn't change the formula- high power V8, RWD, mid-sized.
  19. You mean GM will be laughing-- all the way to the bank. Dodge has never posed a serious threat to GM trucks.
