    Damnit!

Awww, sorry to hear that Nick. Good thing the car wasn't stolen though. Following signs in the city can be a royal bitch--I should take a picture of some of them sometime. There are even signs reminding you to not honk your horn--you know, cause NYC is already so quiet. I used to get tickets all the time when I went to Hofstra University--they decided during finals week to pave their main parking lot and ALL areas around the university are "no parking" zones--except for the one I parked at--which was no parking after 10AM. Needless to say, I got there at 10:01 (no joke 1 minute late--and to think, if I just didn't go over my entire French final, this wouldn't have happened), and the officer was already writing out my ticket and wouldn't stop it. Sunburnt? They say camera flashes have some healing properties to them.

  6. I learned how to constantly correct and nitpick by watching you.
  7. So, when are we likely to see actual photos of the changes? I mean, I'm really hoping we don't have to wait until like July/August for the website to change images.
  8. I love thunderstorms... absolutely love them. I am totally relaxed, yet pumped with a bit of adrenaline when one is active. One reason I'd consider moving is our thunderstorms on the Island are just not nearly as cool as others in the nation. Not to mention, less frequent.
  9. Can an American buy a new car in Canada? You tell me... Canadians are technically Americans too.
  10. Yes.
  11. LaSchwack all the way--how could you consider leaving Buick after it's been so awesome to you?!
  12. Well, a friend I never expected to hear this from suggested leasing tonight. Her points, "You like new cars. You would like having a new car every few years. You like the newest features, and changes. That might be the way to go." I just feel it would be a waste of money, no? Then again, maybe leasing a car for 3 years, and then purchasing a new car might be better and allow me to move out on schedule. What are peoples' thoughts on leasing?

  14. Yup, tangent:
  15. That happened when I was washing our 82 Malibu Classic one day when I was a boy... the crack went down the center of the windshield... perfectly. It actually looked like a calc equation graphed... and of course, being that I took calc in highschool 11 years ago, I can't remember what it was. Maybe x^2 = y^2.. I don't remember. Or maybe it was the graph for tangent. Whatever.
  16. Nice one.

  19. It will... the Northstar won't fit, but there will be another V8 they'll put in maybe a year after production.
  20. All Maxima sedans will have CVTs starting the 07 model year.
  21. Yeah, I thought that was a bit severe
  22. You're right... honestly, if I test drive the 07 Altima, it's quiet, smooth, and the 4 is decently powerful (which I assume it will be), and I can tolerate driving a CVT (I can't stand my friend's in the Prius), and the price is fair, I'd very much consider it.
  23. Hi stupid, how are you?You know what's a car I REALLY want that I see on the road and just say, "God, if I only had that car... every commute would be heaven."? An Audi A8L Yeah, I know, kinda out of my price range. But damn, if there ever was a car I wanted! Oh, that and a Mark VIII--I had a major obsession with that in the mid 90's.

  25. True... and I love the Accord interior--however, the V6 LX starts at $25,000.00--if I want any options tacked on, it bumps the price up considerably--not to mention, deep down, I really want American. However, I hate to say this, if I find an awesome deal (and I mean AWESOME) on an EX (4 cylinder Accord), I'm probably going to get it.
