C&G Spy Shots: The Next ION!
See, with all of the products Saturn is getting and has just received, it is clear that GM can turn a brand around if they are serious. Granted all of the designs were complete in the Opel brand and just shipped over, they see that it'll be a success here. Hopefully this will trickle onto the Buick and Pontiac brands as well.

Donut (okay people, what do I do if the first word I think of is not English? Cause it keeps happening... and for "hole", the Sicilian word came to mind because there's a story behind it... should I just put the non-English word?)

I tried not to laugh..
I did too... my friend had one in 1995... and it ran like it was brand-new. LOVED the instrument panel.

Considering a Lucerne
The more I see the Lucerne, the more I love the design. I'm seeing a lot of them on the road now which makes me feel proud. Yesterday I saw a black CXL V8... the model I'd love to have if I could afford one!

Windshield Wipers.....
I loved wipers that set under the hood, so they weren't there visible when they weren't used. Avant, I ALWAYS wondered why the wipers in the Camaro/Firebird had the wings! You just solved a question I have had for years :AH-HA_wink: I think the structureless blades are kinda cool, but I have yet had the opportunity to study them up close. Are they stiff? Do they wipe differently because they are flat?

Wow... back when promoting a car was American, was a good thing.

GM puts a lid on Impala output to boost prices
This kills me. If you read the article, it's like clearly saying "Oh, gee, fresh products produce more interest and higher prices on the sales." Yet GM feels good ol' stale items will do just fine. They need to open their eyes and pay attention, and update their products more often.

New Lexus LS600hL + real life photos of LS460L
Yes, but unlike the Camry, the transmission skips gears on purpose.

Drive-Thrus
I use drive thrus for banking often... since my last job was one of the last places on Earth to not have direct deposit, I would sign my paycheck, put the account number and write "for deposit only" on the back. It was nice to be able to do that at say midnight or 1AM when I'm coming home from a friend's house. As for fast food, well, not that I eat much of it these days as my trainer would probably kill me, I liked it for bad weather situations, like snow, rain, etc. I really wouldn't say I'm missing out on the exercise portion, because c'mon, it's like what, 30 steps to and fro? I could argue that I am getting adequate exercise from constantly braking and getting off the brake to move in the drive thru, while my upper body is getting a workout from changing things on the radio (I usually fidget a bit in a drive thru if I'm alone). As for errors in my order... well, it's extremely rare that I've had an error. But I usually check my order quickly before I drive off. It takes a second and if there's a problem, I can just hand it back.

Power Window malfunctioning...
Thanks. I was wondering if it could possibly be a ground thing... not to mention it usually happens on hot days in the summer, so this all makes sense. Sometimes I try and trick the window by only putting it up half the distance and stopping, then going back for more. Again, not a huge prob for me.. and the car won't be around much longer.

Power Window malfunctioning...
Oh, this is really of no concern to me now... I honestly won't look to fix it, I was just curious what might cause it. It's very rare I lower that particular window anyway.

Power Window malfunctioning...
Just curious what would cause a power window to intermittently malfunction in my Buick... it's the driver's side rear window, and it goes up and down perfectly, but about every other time, it'll stop about an inch from the top when raising it. Never a problem going down. And when it stops, all I have to do is lower the window again an inch or two and hit up and it closes all the way. Any ideas? No other problems with any of the windows in the car.

I was wondering that myself. It'd be nice to see it in there with a 6A (I know that's not going to happen). I believe so, yes.
