1. I'm not having any trouble at all with the Camaro. It just goes where I point it. I have noticed that the traction control is a lot less nannying than the TC on the CTS. It will wait a lot longer to kick in.
2. Sing it with me again guys, twin-turbo 3.6 liter V6. In the SEMA Camaro it had something like 465 horsepower. In case you hadn't noticed, Turbocharging is "in" again.
3. That's a whole new RX? Geeze... who knew.
4. I thought someone took the Jag..... We need to get some sort of inventory control software for your barn Camino.
5. Fixed. The Enclave, though a few years old, can hold it's own. The Acura MDX and Lexus RX have just had their mid-cycle uglifications.
6. What's left?
7. Later, I'm off to stretch the Camaro's legs a bit.
8. clearly we need to walk around GM dealerships with small rubber mallets.
9. Oh wow! They just compared a Corsica to a Lincoln Continental and then said "This car is the class of the compact class". Why does that sound so familiar?!?
10. The have so much to not say about Beretta in 10 minutes, they spend half the time giving a lesson about how to read tire size numbers.
11. Hmm, now I'm not so sure, the rear trackbars that limit wheel hop on that 3.1 litre powered Camaro are rather compelling as well. I mean... what if someone snuck into my garage at night and swapped out that 3.1 for an LT-1? Where would I be then without those rear trackbars?
12. Well I dunno about you guys, but that filter on the washer fluid reservoir has sold me on a Lumina APV... I might just go out and visit my Chevrolet/Geo dealer today!
13. I don't know if it would be enough for you or not. It's plenty easy to get to extra-legal speeds with just the V6. For most people, the V6 would be plenty. However Camino, you and I both know that you aren't "most people". I have not driven an SS.
14. GM4life, have you ever driven a hybrid? The electric motors add a lot of twist at the bottom end of the rpm range.
15. There is a blindspot on your left that is a little unnerving, but the right side is pretty good.
16. I got an automatic. The 3.6 is rather sedate just around down, but once you start to push it, it sounds great. I might try and get some video from the driver seat.
17. Yes. The trunk opening on the Camaro is a little small, but I got it in there.
18. Video of the XTS moving around the Cobo <param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">
19. Just engineer the plastic trashcan lid for the top of the engine to make it look north/south
20. GM has already shown that they can do a 465hp turbo 3.6 V6....the 3.6 V6 in the XTS is mated to a plug in two-mode hybrid as well. Why bother with a V12?
21. The XTS is FAR better looking in person than in the GM photos. It's got presence. It's got style. I have a bunch more photos to upload and even a video of the thing driving on the NAIAS show floor... but for now, I have to pay my bill at Bob Evans and continue to "evaluate the performance" of the Camaro RS I have sitting in the parking lot.
22. This Just In: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS We're starting our Interactive Review of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, fire away with questions.
23. Interactive Review: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS For my trip back from the 2010 NAIAS, I was turned in the 2010 Cadillac CTS Sportwagon you see in the background and was given this 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS. Sixty miles into the trip I am very impressed... this is far too much fun to be healthy. The seats are supportive and comfortable, the stereo provides your own personal dance club, and the car is a very willing and able dance partner. This kicks off the Interactive Review for the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS. So, while I get back on the road back to Pittsburgh and eventually finish the reviews of the 2010 Buick Lacrosse CXSand 2010 Cadillac CTS Sportwagon, and upload lots of pics of 2010 NAIAS including a video of the 2010 Cadillac XTS Concept moving around the show floor, you guys can fire away with any questions you have on this Camaro.
