  1. Am I missing something here? Hasn't this been around since the 50s?
  2. Oldsmobile sucking a lemon.
  3. How about a 9 series with an 8 cylinder, an 8 series with an 8 cylinder and a 7 series with a 6 cylinder?
  4. mostly going to be rain for me, it's gonna all dump on Cory tho
  5. If this were Slashdot, I'd mod your post "Insightful"
  6. Beyond cool. same thing as always.... jaws of life
  7. I think we need a whole thread for Josh URLs. Fly you started yet another trend.
  8. One from Ron Paul that I really liked went like this: Moderator asked Romney about pre-emptively attacking Iran without authorization from Congress and Romney answered: "Well I would call in the lawyers and advisors and determine if we were allowed to do so..." Ron Paul rebutted: "How about we look at the Constitution?! It's written right there!"
  9. Parking Brake that won't hold the truck when in drive but no throttle applied. Well I guess that whole excuse Toyota used, "Vehicle Stability Control doesn't work in 4WD because then it would have needed a center differential and that's just another part to break", was probably accurate.
  10. For the people arriving late....
  11. Josh is TEH SHELVED!!!
  12. How big would you guess that it is Chris? It looks longer than the 'Bu.
  13. Trailer queen Tundra being pulled by a real truck
  14. This isn't to favor one candidate over the other. This is about the zingers that some candidate can sling. Ron Paul has had some great ones also, I just haven't found them on Youtube yet.
  15. pinballonarampwithnoguardrail.com
  16. Step 1: Crush the cars as soon as they come out of the plant Step 2: ???? Step 3: Profit!
  17. Someone removed the insert. The inserts are removable and can go right into the dishwasher.
  18. With this election season already well underway some of the candidates say awesome things regardless of what you think of their political views..... Last night Hilary got Obampwned
  19. Oh, you mean like when Car and Driver tested the 3-series against the G35, CTS, and some others... and the BMW broke down on them 3 times; one of which was an ABS system failure which sent them into a spin.... but it still took 1st place and they still sung it's praises.....
  20. I just tried the dual zone in the Cadillac on a run out to the store. Set my side to 70 and the passenger side to 80. There was no difference in the air coming out of the vents and the engine was at operating temp.
  21. No, you're still crazy. You just happened to be right about the NAV. The harddrive based NAV systems will have a much longer useful life though as they can be upgraded much easier.
  22. Cell phones actually serve a useful purpose. Dual zone climate control does not. I have dual zone on both of my vehicles and it doesn't make a difference at all when the dials are set differently. I always set both at the same time because seeing the numbers not match drives me batty. What you're basically saying is that Chevy could put a dial in the Malibu that does nothing <which is essentially the same as dual zone> and suddenly it's that much better.... I'm more concerned with GM being number 1 in profitability. In fact, I'm willing to cede the number 1 spot in sales to Toyota for a few years if they're going to keep putting out products like the Tundra, Camry, Avalon, and Corolla.
  23. The current Lacross needs to die. If the new Epsilon Lacross doesn't have NAV... then I'll be pissed.
  24. Yes, there is more to it than just those features. But those features should be reserved for the premium price classes.
  25. I'm not insinuating that. I think it's a host of things that people get their panties in a bunch about. Bluetooth, Nav, heated seats, dual zone, XM, DOHC, RWD..... remember there is a Zeta Impala coming out soon (we hope) and with how big the Malibu is now there is going to HAVE to be something other than the smallish size difference to justify it. If the Malibu were designed by a committee of C&G members, it would end up being a hydrogen power 7-series with every electronic gizmo known to man, yet base under 20k. and somehow GM would have to make a profit on it.
