If Clarksons not hosting, I have no interest. He makes the whole show.
  2. I can't honestly see it working, though. This isn't socialist Europe where everyone is a-OK with the government regulating every little aspect of their lives. The backlash of this kind of legislation would be tremendous, I would think.
  3. Looks fantastic. Interior design is reminiscent of previous Lexus LS, but it looks damn good nonetheless.
  4. Or the enviro-freaks could get off our f@#king backs and let us drive what we want.
  5. Hot color. Wings a little goofy, though. The S2K is an engineering marvel, just not my cup of tea.
  6. I'd go with the Malibu. Looks to be a fantastic vehicle. But as with any vehicle purchase, making a decision 6-12 months in advance is a little goofy. I wouldn't buy a brand new Accord under any circumstances, but if you're considering it, I'd wait and give them all a nice test drive when they become available for purchase.
  7. Hey griffon, can't see the article, tells me I have to be a subscriber or with some kind of company.
  8. Awesome, I like that blue. Thanks for the pictures.
  9. The reason I ask is because people who have purchased either vehicle as late as last month are still experiencing the problem. Smartass.
  10. Same thing in Lexington, KY. Wednesday it was 85, Thursday it was a high of 35.
  11. Apparently the kappa twins have issues with not only a leaky differential but a leaky rag top. Does anyone know if these are things GM is trying to fix? There's a TSB for the differential leak, but I would hope GM has issued a fix at the factory or supplier for that, but the leaky top also needs to be rectified. Makes it kinda hard to argue on the side of GM when a couple of their shining stars are a little tarnished, ya know?
  12. That is a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEEEEAAAUUUUTIFUULLL car man! Absolutely gorgeous!
  13. Its not the materials, its the design.
  14. I love the 4-door Wrangler, but the interior makes me want to kill babies.
  15. I lost my job last month. Not alone though, a few thousand other CompUSA employees also lost their job, including top-level management and department VPs.
  16. Sweet!
  17. Never had a new vehicle until we bought our Escape a year ago. Plan on keeping it until its paid off, then the wife will probably sell it, privately, and lease a new vehicle. Personally, I've never owned a new vehicle (the Escape is technically my wife's vehicle). When I get around to replacing the Crapalier, it will probably be a lightly used (finance) or a new lease.
  18. GM and Ford don't try and sell a green, eco-friendly image while producing 1 million+ pickups, though, do they?
  19. Hey OCN, think you could snap some shots of the interior at night (or in your garage with the door closed)?
  20. Wow...Never thought I'd see the day the enviro-freaks would point out Toyota's hypocrisy in its green image.
  21. SO happy to see Ford ditching that horrible corporate stereo they've been slapping in EVERY vehicle.
  22. Word, tariffs on anything are ridiculous.
  23. Disregard my second PM to you, Chris, I hadn't seen this thread. Thanks for the info! Can't wait to see the Cobalt MCE.
  24. I'm glad its kinda returned to its Cherokee roots in the looks department.
  25. Ah! Thanks for the better picture. Don't know why they thought those controls needed HUGE rocker switches instead of nice, flush buttons with talk-back LEDs. Kinda seem outta place. Probably still feel awesome (as anything inside a Lexus would), but they look out of place.
